Great products, great customer service!
Quite apart from their products, which my dogs love, their customer service is second to none. A very fair pricing policy and a prompt response when I have had occasion to contact them. Living where we do, we have experienced dreadful problems with one of their regular couriers (Evri) so requested a change. This happened without a fuss and I can’t thank Helen enough

Easy to order and great communication
Easy to order, great communication on the order process and despatch day. This was followed on by the courier who notified me that they had my parcel and gave me a date and time of delivery.

Brilliant customer service and fantastic food!
I had to change my dogs diet and after much research found Feelwells Cold Pressed Duck. Helen sent me a sample which she loved and she is now thriving on this as her regular diet. Fantastic customer service always, wonderful to deal with an independent family run business, thank you!

training treats are great
We were given some training treats to try for free at our Hoopers Dog training course. The dogs love them and there are no tummy upsets. Have just ordered off their website. Very easy to use and delivery on time. Great company. Can highly recommend.
