Great taste.
I say this as a coffee snob too.
Been using for about three weeks and starting to feel more energised.

Give it a try, for me its been such a life saver and saved me so much money on coffees in the morning, I actually really look forward to it, the vanilla one is so tasty with a dash of honey. I feel so full for a long time aswell, really great product

Firstly, my complaint is not about the matcha .I received, it was actually very delicious tasting. My complaint is about the service and the lack of response from the support team..
I ordered a coconut matcha , and I accidentally received a second one from a subscription that I wasn't able to cancel due to numerous options trying to prevent cancellation.. i emailed multiple times trying to refund the matcher that I do not need as I already have one that is going to take me a while to get through. I've received no response and ultimately. I think it's absolutely rude and disgusting that they will advertise heavily, but make it very difficult to return when you don't need an already expensive product. It's a shame since the product I have received is actually very nice. But the lack of service I received is poor and I won't be buying again..

Just like making your normal coffee, but the extra benefits make it worthwhile.

Delivery date on the product page didn't hold, and support wouldn't own it
I ordered on Saturday 10 October. The product page clearly showed delivery on Monday, and that was the reason I ordered. It was meant as a gift.
The parcel arrived Saturday 17 October, a full week later, and I missed the occasion.
When I contacted support, I first got a tracking link instead of an answer. Then I was asked to prove the Monday date. I sent screenshots, and pointed out that the product page was still showing a delivery date that didn't match their own 8-10 business days. The final answer was that the delivery was "within our stated timeframe", and that no compensation would be offered.
I suggested a discount on a new bundle order, so it would be a win for both sides. That was declined too.
The product itself isn't the problem. The problem is promising a delivery date on the product page that you don't stand behind afterwards. If the real timeframe is 8-10 business days, show that before people order.

Amazing offer, well worth the money! Loving the strawberry matcha flavour and no collagen after taste like the other one I used. I look forward to it every morning.

I don’t know if it’s the reformed but I do know I enjoy my daily cup and I feel pretty good at the moment for someone perimenopausal with ADHD and an autoimmune disease who has often felt rubbish! So I would recommend! ♥️ to super charge my matcha I also add a couple of chunks of cacao for a lovely comforting bedtime drink. I was sceptical of paying this subscription but it’s not one I have any intention of stopping!

Fab product - really great tasting and makes a substantial drink. Loved the starter bundle with my first order too. It’s early days yet to see the promised results.

Firstly this is my trust pilot , I don’t normally leave reviews, but with the cost of everything in the UK these days, I’m sick of companies dressing up poor value for money as a premium product and expecting customers not to question it.
Ordered the black coffee with collagen + protein the 15g of protein was the selling point.. 30 day supply it said.
I ran out after about 20 days. So I questioned it. This was the response ‘ The reason our Collagen Coffee and Matcha currently contain 22 servings is that we’ve adapted the format based on how most of our customers use the products. We noticed that many customers enjoy them primarily on working days rather than every single day’
Complete false economy.
Coffee doesn’t taste too great but great concept if it was a full months supply. Coffee didn’t quite hit the spot so ended up making usual ground coffee after. So I’ve done some research and opted for the Nutrition geeks collagen which has the same amount of protein in per serving around 15g. It’s a full 30 day supply and costs £15 with free delivery not £44.99. Dilutes so easy in my usually Colombian ground coffee and costs a fraction.

Tastes great, easy to make, great service and zero caffeine crash. Highly recommended.

I love reformed matcha, keeps me alert, tastes great. Ive been taking it for 8 months now and with other lifetsyle changes I have lost weight. My skin feels healthy and my clarity is clearer in my head. My nails are stronger too. My favourite flavour is vanilla.

Extremely overpriced for what you get. I tried the vanilla coffee & wish I stuck to the black coffee as I don’t like the vanilla. It’s a fad as they say they’re giving you all this free stuff but they’re not, you’re paying £44.99 for that reason. I think if you got your own coffee & added collagen powder, instant coffee & couple more ingredients/supplements you could make your own. Over hyped & a complete waste of money!
