I have just ordered my very first Reformed Matcha
I have just ordered my very first reformed matcha & decaf coffee. It came really quick which I was impressed about. Not only that I was quite nervous to try the Matcha but I went for strawberry flavour in this. The product is absolutely incredible & in just two weeks, my Nails have become so long & strong. I cannot rate this collagen high enough either because it has everything in one packet the matcha, the collagen, the vitamins the minerals, the protein-all of it. I have eight disabilities so looking forward to the results of at least improving my health in some way. Will be a returning customer.

Hi Shaz,
Thank you for such a lovely review. Taking that first step with Matcha can be a little daunting, so we’re especially pleased Strawberry Matcha turned out to be such a hit. It’s great to hear you’ve enjoyed how much is packed into each serving too, along with the quick delivery.
We really appreciate your support and would be delighted to welcome you back for your next order.

Cancelling issues
I like the actual product though not sure I feel any benefits after a few good months. The real issue is I can’t cancel my subscription. The website said I don’t even have a subscription to cancel yet money is coming out of my account.
I have contacted customer services also.

⭐ 1/5
⭐ 1/5 – Be very careful before ordering
Extremely disappointing experience with Reformed Coffee. I ordered a deal that clearly included three coffees, Pure Creatine Monohydrate and a free set, but I received only two coffees, with the other items missing.
I paid for the full offer but did not receive what I ordered. I have photos of the order confirmation and everything that was delivered as evidence.
I am sharing this review to warn other customers to check their orders carefully before ordering. After this experience, I would think twice before placing another order with this company.

HUGE SCAM!!!
HUGE SCAM!!!
My complementary gift didn't arrive with my parcel and no one warned me beforehand. I have been keeping sending email and always get a reassuring response. However, it has been more than a month that I still haven't received my gift that was meant to come with my last order. I was very disappointed and really doubt the way the company does things, so I cancelled my order today and sent an email to chase my gift. They then told me that the gift is going to be added to the next subscription but noone ever tolf me this. This just confirms my suspicion that they are a complete scam. Please avoid with all costs!

Non Responsive Customer Service
I have been with reformed for a few months now & referred two friends! So i had a £10 off voucher & decided to order a starter kit so that i had two!
Big disappointment as only the coffee arrived! Contacted by WhatsApp on 30/09 and then again 02/09 no reply or acknowledgement!
Great product poor customer experience/service! I will be cancelling

Customer services are as dumb as you can get
Can’t fault the coffee , or the lions mane and Tremella , but the customer service, they guys who send the orders out, believe it or not my 6 year old would do so much better than them, seriously, they are as thick as you can get , but after a lot of frustration and hard work to explain what has happened, they really are as good as gold

Just buy it and feel the difference
Just buy it and feel the difference. I am not a person who trusts or believes in a lot of products that make big claims. Reformed coffee is one of the best things I have ever bought. I felt sharper in my mind from day one of trying it, this was just one of the benefits. I am about to order more. Thank you reformed guys! Brilliant is not a good enough word. Best wishes.

Hi there,
We’re sorry for the frustration caused by your recent order and subscription.
We can see that you contacted us by email yesterday, but unfortunately the order had already been processed and was no longer able to be cancelled at that stage. We did offer the option to return the order for a refund once received.
However, as a valued customer and as a one time courtesy, we’ve now refunded your recent order in full without requiring you to return it. You’re welcome to keep it or pass it on to someone who may be interested.
We hope this helps resolve the matter and we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention.

Hi 👋 all
Hi 👋
So l gave 9/10 & 5*’s. Not 10/10 only because I haven’t tried anything beyond the Black Coffee/ Creatine. But will try Vanilla Coffee next order & others as l go
& I’ve never tried Matcha (yet). Am l Reformed yet , think l’m a work in progress. But loving the journey. I’ve had a couple email glitches saying sorry your leaving when l haven’t cancelled ! & got it sorted via customer service. Thanks.
