The only one app where I had 0% response rate for my money. The distance calculator is useless. The short pins are pointless, you simply don't have enough characters to start a meaningful conversation or to grab someone's attention. Waste of time, waste of money. I gave up after 6 months and dozens of pins sent.

Useless. I joined then stumped for the Majestic membership as the basic membership is useless. With the basic you dont see who likes you or when they were last online.
Anyway, after a few connections were made i was locked out of my account. I contacted feeld who said it was a glitch and they were working on it. 2 months later they are still saying they are working on it. I managed to get my majestic money refunded eventually.
I wouldn't bother, try another site.

Locked out. Email not recognised. The only conclusion I can cone to is ive been banned for some reason. I was having smell great conversations and was moving towards meeting up. However that was prevented because the app is terrible! I have messaged customer support. Still not received anything back other than a 'ticket'. The fact they have taken my money then 48 hours later I don't have access just stinks of SCAM!i will be pursuing this through Google play. I will also persue legal action due to my personal data being lost. The funny thing is, as I was writing this I actually received a notification saying somebody has liked me. So I can't sign in but they cans till send me notifications? How does that work?! Save your time and money and avoid this app.
⭐️ 1 star — 21 days locked out, but my card’s having the time of its life
I’ve been locked out of my Feeld account for 21 days now — which feels ironic, given that “exploring connections” has become more of a thought experiment than a feature.
Customer service keeps assuring me they’re “looking into it.” At this point, I suspect it’s become a long-term research project.
Meanwhile, the subscription payments? Thriving. Not a glitch in sight. Feeld might not know how to restore my login, but they’ve absolutely mastered direct debits.
I’m now in a committed relationship with the automated payment system and the support bots — the only part of the Feeld experience that reliably shows up for me.
All I want is my access back. Or maybe just a date with whoever programmed the billing system — because clearly they’re the only ones who know how to commit.
This app is managed poorly. Lots of fake accounts are created just to entice you into getting the paid subscription
When you report a fake user, they tell you that you got the wrong end of the stick and that they verify all accounts, etc. When sites like JLFlirt.com
verify accounts for real you can see the results of their work: there are no scammers; conversations don't have that easily identifiable bot-like script; people are willing to meet for real. Feeld is not like this at all. My experience with Feeld was very distressing and upsetting. I strongly encourage you guys not to get their paid subscription - it will only lead you to utter disappointment and waste of money.
really bad customer service
Tried to create a Feeld account as heard it was the right place for the connection I was looking for. I’ve only ever used Hinge previously. Never had a problem there. Met some lovely people. But for some reason I am banned from Feeld. I hadn’t even set up an account yet! When I tried and got denied and queried because I was worried my details were being used fraudulently (only explanation I could think of) I got really unhelpful customer service saying cryptic things like “they have all the information they need to make the decision” and can’t give me further information. Just to be clear, I have NEVER used this app before nor done any of the things they list as suspect or unsafe behaviour on ANY dating or social app ever. That’s not me. The least they could do is tell me if someone is using my details fraudulently. Very stressful. Very poor customer service. They won’t be getting my money

Feeld is a scam. Do not spend a dime on it. Majestic, pings, likes, it all costs and adds up fast. Location services is a joke. They throw people at you with no regard for the filters you set up, especially gender, location and distance. Many, many profiles haven’t been used for over a year but they keep showing up. Couples cannot create a profile. Useless. I can not emphasize enough, DO NOT WASTE YIUR TIME AND MONEY.

Their customer service replies every ten days or so. They are very bad ignore any report one makes and then start taking time by giving vague replies and then disappearing again.
My privacy was exposed because of a technical issue and nobody has done anything to help.
It is overly unprofessional the way you deal with your customers. I have paid for many months and as a paying customer the least I could expect is to receive assistance in being able to access my profile which was hacked cause of their lack in safety concerning privacy of their customers.
Overall I can’t give no start so I give one but I demand to get a response to my inquiries ASAP. Once I manage to log into my account I will then proceed after seeing if I can save some of my connections, I will delete feeld to NEVER EVER open it again in my life. It isn’t even that helpful in getting laid after all but still having paid I want access to my account!!!!!!!!!! This is VERY BAD!!!!

You can change your search parameters and still find nothing. More tricks to get people to pay. This app was once decent but now its fallen into the hands of sex workers and people who don't need to actually be on dating apps.

Terrible safety and glitchy
Terrible safety and glitchy. I got assaulted by someone on the app. No response from Feeld at all. So some abuser is still on their app probably. I paid a membership that I don't want to use because of it. I read that they don't take reports seriously. Also matches me with genders that are not my preference as a bug. It would be nice to have a filter option of level of experience - such as curious/beginner/experienced/ veteran.
