Very large pickup window (12 pm to 6 pm) and the courier did not even show up. My first and probably last experience with FedEx
Timely delivery but improvements are needed
Everything with the delivery went well, but I would recommend improvements on the online tracking system. I checked the status three times on the day of the delivery and the system blocked me, telling me I should contact customer service because I checked the tracking too many times. The delivery timeframe was quite big (9am-6pm), and given that I had to sign for the carpet I was receiving it would be convenient to at least get an sms or email for heads up when the courrier is getting closer.

I live in NY which is obviously quarantined at the moment due to COVID-19 so I have nothing but time & am home! I ordered my daughters 16th birthday gift!! I put the tracking number on alert so I got text messages every time an update occurred on my package! Well I got a text saying my package was delivered so I rushed to the door there was no package or fed ex truck in sight!! Despicable!!!

I m sharing my orrible experience :
In October I had to receive a package and the courier never left a note to my house but on the system he always reported that I was not present at home , it happened for 3 times in a row ,until I called the customer service which solved the problem.
In November again same problem for 2 times in a row , again I had to send an Email and contact support
Now I m from Mid December waiting for a package, which was(and I said WAS) meant to be a Christmas present .
Because your lazy courier doesn't even try to step down of the car I had to go buy a new present and still now 7 Jenuary you guys didn't yet make it to delivery me a package.
I got 24h surveillance camera and I saw Your Courier for the sixth time in a row( just for the month of Decemberl) ,that he never even stepped down of the van tryng to reach to my door.

My package is still not delivered. FedEx is A bad company. They make big mistakes in My account. They should deliver since last Thursday. Look today is already monday. I am angry about this. From thursday till now!!!!
They did not come in thursday. Friday they told me that The package was not scanner to be delivered. So They came anyway and try to deliver it. I Was ofcourse not at home. Then they still show up. When I was NOT at home. I called them A lot to try to fix this. They say delivery is monday. I called today to check. And NO THEY WILL NOT COME AGAIN! Maybe tomorrow 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Upon investigation where my package is, the item said delivered at 1.00 and then not delivered at 1.22, I call to find out why I have had no notice written and left in my mail box etc etc. Told me they sent back the goods already. Linking of info is out of date and not synergized. Info not transparent and customer care gave me attitude. Even when I had said sorry is not a good enough answer. They could not give me reply like - we will get your package back ?????? no problem solving at all.

Website is not up to par. In order to ship a parcel, you have to fill in the same form four times, with different errors occurring every time, only to find out you cannot ship anything at all - for some unclear reason. Would not recommend this company for sending parcels. Unfortunately, there isn't a good alternative.
ARROGANT, TOTALLY INCOMPETENT AND UNRELIABLE!
I have NEVER experienced such arrogant incompetence from ANY other courier service in the last 4 decades of sending and receiving parcels to and from abroad. Fedex was meant to collect a parcel yesterday before 1pm CET. Unilaterally, they changed it to 5pm and then again 7pm - but the pick up driver never arrived. Notwithstanding, it was logged in their system as having been collected!? After a dozen calls to Fedex, they rescheduled the pickup for today before 1pm but, of course, failed to make that! After another half dozen calls, they said "before 2:30pm" - and then (yet again) moved that to 4pm. I expect that the parcel will never be picked up. This firm, which used to be good, is an UNMITIGATED DISASTER AND ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! There is NO service (getting through by phone takes as long as to get through to the police re non-emergencies i.e. forever!!) and the "customer service" agents are curt and sound absolutely bored with the fact they have to speak to customers.. NEVER use this pathetic and wholly UNRELIABLE firm. Try any one else as it - seriously! - just couldn't get any worse.
