because of fedex delayed delivery, it was ruined all the planned event. keep promising to send it, but it was late for a week. useless chat support, template answer either from bot or employee. there is no email support. phone support also, not very helpful. rather than send the item quick to the customer, they handed over to other delivery company to deliver it, and wash their hands away. it is unprofessional.

Fed Ex delivered a package today around…
Fed Ex delivered a package today around 12 noon. I saw the truck and I could see the driver from my glass door. He could barely carry the carton. It slipped from his grip and the corner of the box hit the concrete and he just let it fall flat on the concrete. He turned and walked back to his truckand and left. I was very concerned because the package contained 4 pieces of GLASS SHELVING! I emptied the carton and brought the parts inside. The glass shelving was contained in a sealed box. It was heavy but I was able to get it inside. I didn't hear any broken glass but I needed to open that box to be sure there isn't any CRACKED glass. I opened the box and the glass shelving was not cracked or broken that I could see.
I'm an 80 year old woman of good stamina and was able to move the shelving box indoors. But I am not happy with this delivery person. He was careless, he could have hurt himself by not using a handtruck and he couldn't have cared less about the safe delivery of the item.

Transportation from DK to IT. Could not ask for any better. Price was well below average (there was a discount). I had to call the DK support a couple of times, because I had some questions about pick up, and they were friendly and clear. The person picking up the packages was on time and fast. The person delivering the packages in IT was so good that my friend there called me to share his enthusiasm. He managed to bring the truck into a tiny street, unloaded fast and firmly

Delivery Issue – Loss of Trust
I just received a notification stating that FedEx couldn’t deliver my package because I wasn’t home. However, I’ve been home all day, and my security cameras confirm that no delivery attempt was made.
If there’s a delay, please be transparent about it instead of providing misleading information. This experience has caused me to lose trust in your ability to handle packages with the care I expect.
Unfortunately, I look forward to not using your services in the future. Consider this one more lost customer.
MY WORST DELIVERY EXPERIENCE
I just read the same exact comment as I would love to write, but I’ll repeat.
The worst delivery experience I ever had.I can’t receive my package for a week now, it came to the country of destination and from this point, didn’t move… They are sending me emails every day, that it will come tomorrow. When you call them, there is freaking robot who will make sure that you won’t speak with a real assistant, but IF you are LUCKY enough and they choose you as “chosen” they will definitely tell you, that you will receive it tomorrow!
Then I asked so many times if I can change delivery, to the post point, I said I’ll pay extra or whatever it takes, they are saying that their system doesn’t let them. Then they said, but there is a picture from a courier, of your main door, so he was there, he tried, and definitely he was trying to call your door phone… But I’m still here, sitting at home every damn day and waiting for the package… I was never writing bad reviews, but here I’m sorry, my nerves are on the edge…

Okay - I had to adjust this purely on your customer service and your driver - they are good! BUT, MY GOD your robot customer service is a nightmare and insanely difficult to get past. AND, when you have a delivery date (for private), then don't try and deliver it the day before.

I paid for fast shipping for a reparation of critical equipment.
When shipping they came an hour after I put the request, HOWEVER, when delivering I never heard the delivery man.
After contacting chatomer service the delivery man, Dennis Torp, came for a second time and delivered the package.

Using the live interactive map to locate my parcel, it’s shows that it’s been actually in transit in another country, Nederland, for at least 2 days.
Absolutely amateurish and appalling.
I am looking forward to getting my parcel, though.
Unfortunately I had no say in choosing this company, therefore I’m giving feedback to Atelier Auguste, as to choose their delivery partners.
UPS has an outstanding records on international deliveries, highly recommended.

Has to be the worst courier service out there. No tracking. Fake times given. Even driver says ignore the times given which are always 9.10 to 1.10 and they NEVER come in the morning. Come on out of the pony and trap days and get a tracking app with correct times

They were unable to deliver my package for a week. When you speak with support, they will make a fake promise that you will receive it tomorrow, but you won't. They hold your package and do not even send it for delivery. Then you sit all day at home and still don't receive it. And you are trying to figure out where your package is, and when you track, you see it's not movin,g and they don't even know where it is. can only tell you you might get it or not today, can't tell, but you will get it tomorrow, and it's just repeating the situation again the next day.
