I shipped a parcel a few months ago and…

I shipped a parcel a few months ago and was supposed to be delivered in one week. My parcel is lost and now even after a few months I couldn’t get any refund. I submitted already two claims. They asked me to submit another claim while their website had lots of bugs and it’s not possible to submit another claim. I would avoid Fedex in any costs.

FedEx Berlin

FedEx Berlin – the worst delivery experience.
My package was scheduled for Friday, then rescheduled to Monday with no delivery attempt. On Monday it was moved to Tuesday, and on Tuesday it was pushed again to Wednesday—still with no attempt to deliver. No explanation, no accountability. This a company of amateurs

This a company of amateurs. They picked up a small packet from Estonia that is to be delivered in NRW. They initially took it to Germany, then to the Netherlands, then back to Germany, and it has not received yet. They drove twice 10 km from the delivery address and they took it 200 km away. Their website is also not providing real updates. Totally unreliable!

They are also partners with Hermes... Dumb and Dumber

How are you still in business?

I thought DPD was the worst but these guys have managed to do even worse.
Ordered two packages from the same vendor on the same day. Both were sent from Italy, so within the EU. Arrived at their hub in Berlin in no time. That was over two weeks ago. Still haven't received it. I'm in Berlin. Since then the packages have been sitting in their hub, arrival date gets pushed back every day. Then one package is randomly sent to some random place close to Hannover. Then sent to some random place outside of Berlin. I get a notification that they were unable to deliver the package. With a picture of the place. I never asked them to send it there. I don't know this place. Then back to the hub where it started. Over two weeks I've been waiting now.
Never had a single issue with DHL.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever! Bought things from abroad and selected FedEx as courier. Apart of paying taxes and customs duties (which I knew about) and delivery charges, FedEx charged me 18 euros for their service to pay my tax before. Insane! Worst in Germany. Customer service is a waste of time to say the least.

company which offers overnight delivery does not take care of customs declaration in advance and resting on weekend, this is some kind of Joke?

my package stuck with customs and there is noone on weekend available !
And the price they charge I can fly myself !!

Too many problems with this company

Too many problems with this company,, a real nightmare:

- they add extras fees on their invoices related to custom clearance ,
- automatic payment was deleted from my account with NO reason and they can not explain why.
- Invoices sent to wrong address , then they send it to a debt recovery company who can easily find my company address.
- they create new customer account without using my customer account.
- they don't answer to emails , and when they escalate the problem it goes back to the same email

The company was ok (not great , not bad) two years ago but since their fusion TNT/fedex it became worse. I am quite sure it's a big mess in their management.

avoid them except if you want to have bad sleep and increase your blood pressure .

Today are 21.02.2024 still my package is not coming first time when I call them in was last Friday because they creep my package in Numberg and they said I need too pay costoms clearance ok I tell the not problem but still now nothing I am sick of them lies I never use them again just scam people I call them more than 5 times if they don’t deliver I will call post office and I will claim my insurance i really feel bad that I use post office service I am so much nervous I pay 100£ and plus i need too pay costoms clearance

Avoid FEDEX by all cost

Avoid FEDEX by all cost! They sent me an email and gave me 1 day to correct the address otherwise they send back the parcel which was already in the destination city (Budapest)! and the address was correct! I called them after 1.5 days, then they said we are deeply sorry but there is nothing to do, we have already sent it back!!!!! They dont give a ***** about their customers!!!!

TNT/FedEx... A true horror story!

TNT/FedEx picked up an Apple iPhone in December without giving me any pickup notification. Now my phone is lost and neither Apple nor TNT could clearfiy this matter until now. I already mailed and spoke many times with FedEx, where they confirmed that they have found my phone and now they are ghosting me. No answer since more than one month to my mails. That is unbelievable!!!!

no delivery and no communication for 5 weeks

I placed an order 5 weeks ago (delivery promised Aug6th by FedEx - today is Sep 9th) in Hungary for delivery to Germany and it was shipped two days after by FedEx. Until today I have not received the package nor did the responsible FedEx people in Hamburg contact me.
The problem for them was that the address has no house number (it is a youth campground) but clear signs on the road. over the summer we receive literally 100s of packages for the children by all kinds of logistic companies like DHL, post, amazon, etc. I also downloaded their app and provided them with detailed instructions plus with a Google maps link that would navigate them to the exact spot. I received an email from the sender that FedEx requires a house number and my phone number. By this it was possible to reach someone from FedEx in Hungary. I sent them also all data again (this time by mail) and the lady regina Ocskai promised to forward the mail to her colleagues in Hamburg. Nothing happened for a week. She didn't answer my inquiry and responded later on that it should be delivered soon. Nothing happened. The package has not returned to the sender and has not been delivered. In their app it still pops up as "on time", which is very awkward, maybe to rig the statistics for delivery performance. Nobody has called me and I don't receive any more answers to my mails.
