Just purchaced a house which was on the market with Fearnalls Chester , From the viewing of the property with Tom right until Exchange the process has been outstanding Tom has always been there to answer any questions regarding the purchace and there was plenty as it is my first purchace. I had great service from the team at Fearnall's, from the initial valuation visit through to completion. I not only received sound advice but great, friendly customer service throughout (including post-completion details like collecting and forwarding important mail that arrived before my postal redirect service kicked in!). I felt informed throughout, and all correspondence felt friendly and personal as well as professional.
