First Columbia Community Managers Inc (FCCMI) - Awful lack of service!
First Columbia Community Managers Inc. (FCCMI) are the HOAs Managers for my Condo Community in Las Vegas. We have owned the property for many years and every experience dealing with this Company has been an awful one. They are unresponsive to emails and phone calls. The Community Manager couldn't care less, has never ever responded to us and the receptionist has a disgusting surly argumentative attitude. The only way to get any response is to turn up to the Office in person and even then, no one has the decency to speak to you in person, hiding behind a response passed on to the receptionist and lies saying they are not in the Office when we have just seen them walk by! These people really should be regulated and accountable when you have no choice but to pay them every month
