Not worth it, all hype and not much else

typical company of "hey look at me i got rich doing these simple things, let me help you do the same. but first give me a big chunk of money." Honestly what they give you is no different what anyone with a decent amount of skillset to navigate youtube and online cant do on their own.

Avoid this course in you want up to date info

The info they provide is old. Most videos and modules from 2021-2022. Alot has changed in amazon and they havent updated their course. Especially their ad modules. These are not relevant to new sellers. For 90% of this course I had to search youtube and other content creators free info to get the answers. It 100% was not worth the money to me. Luckily I was successful on my first launch but it wasn't due to FBA Boss. It was due to youtube and alot of time doing extra research I figured a 2-4000$ course would offer. Very disappointing.

Hi CD,

Almost the entire curriculum was overhauled and refilmed last year, and moved to a new teaching platform. Were you merged to the new course material or still on the old course in Teachable?

You declined the request for your information so we aren't able to confirm you're a member of the course, and set up in the right curriculum.

Have a great day,

Hi Tim,

We don’t have any offerings that are $79 and we don’t have any services called the Boss Mine Academy.

It sounds like you used a website that isn’t affiliated with any of our services. I would follow up with your credit card company again.

Have a good day

I have paid about 1700 towards the course, i have wrote a letter and sent numerous emails advising that my gp has signed me off and I'm under counselling and I'm not fit in the professionals advice to go ahead with the course, not once have they been in touch, I asked for my money back but no reply, all they want is your money I've been done as far as my solicitor says, absolutely disgusting behaviour, they are only in touch when you are paying, IN the terms and conditions it says if you change your mind you don't get your money back, my gp told me I couldn't work, so how does s that work, 1800 pounds I'm out of pocket and not one call from them or reply, how can u keep someones money when all they have done is read stuff that you've sent online, and they are still invoicing me when they were told to stop

Biggest waste of 7k I ever spent

I have been doing $300k/m through wholesale and wanted to get guided into private label. First, the videos were so basic I learned better info through youtube. Second, the product selection is so horrific, I got sent a product with a inflated average sale price, and less than 3,000 searches a month with half being a different type of product under that main KW. The entire research process they use it outdated. Third, you shouldn't trust reviews on here from a company that clearly incentivized it with a giveaway for "free product selection" which is a joke in itself because they recycle terrible products that their beginner students are too gullible and new to realize.

Just a funny note, they launched an energy drink on tiktok and it has 83 sold (most sales being their tiktok friends making videos and still they only sold 83 units). Imagine having audiences of hundreds of thousands of followers, telling them to buy your drink, and in multiple weeks you can't even break 100 sales. I can't find it on amazon, and it has no website and very basic social media. In fact, if you look up driven energy, a different energy drink company that's been around much longer pops up. They can't even think of a unique name. If this is how they launch brands and products in 2024 how do you expect to make money learning from them? They try to play it off as a "fun project" to make it seem like they didn't put effort into it. It's pathetic and outdated and they just flex material items paid for by their course, especially kevin pak. There's a reason he doesn't show what products he sells because he makes way more off the course than selling on amazon and he knows it.

DON’T DO IT! IT’S MAKING THEM RICH NO ONE ELSE

SCAM! The majority of positive reviews on here were all bribed by Jason Hoy in 2023 for discounted product selection to course members. It’s well documented on TikTok.

The reality is, that 99% of course members are failing, and losing considerable amounts of money. It’s pretty common knowledge and the general feeling in the group.

Just scrolling through the last few months of posts from members in the Facebook group and it’s nothing but people losing tons of money, products failing, people trying to liquidate products at a huge loss, blowing thousands of dollars on out of control ad spend, some losing $25k plus.

There’s 3000 members of the Facebook group, of which less than a handful have posted any kind of success or minor profit in months and months.

$7000 for this course which is a pre-recorded course. Kevin Kunze has absolutely no involvement in the course, the videos or group whatsoever, and Kevin Pak does one weekly group call.

The remaining coaching and question answering is done by mostly Jason Hoy, a student of the course himself of only about 2 years. Most memebers are fed up with his attitude and blunt, rude answers or just endless referrals to the FAQ. There’s many sub chat groups of very frustrated people.

Meanwhile it’s just endless upsells and pushing of their additional paid services. Photography, shipping service, GTIN exemption, product selection.

This course has made the Kevin’s tens of millions of dollars in course memberships alone, whilst they provide no input. 2.5 years ago it wasn’t so bad.

Although they both profess to run the course on TikTok. Someone asked if Kevin Kunze was even still affiliated with it, has we’ve not heard from him in months.

The Kevin’s are getting millionaire rich from the course whilst the vast majority of members are failing and losing lots of money. Most product selections are pretty trash and recycled.

The group posts are heavily moderated, and If you mention anything remotely critical or negative in a post or question they won’t display the post, or they get super defensive. It’s always the members fault.

If you want to blow 7000 bucks on an average course and then another good few thousand on a failed product and constant bleeding of cash on advertising spend, with endless upsells and rude responses, then do it.

As with most ‘gurus’, their money is in the course. Making millions and millions just from that, and treating the members with contempt and taking no criticism or accountability for the failings.

They show you the very small handful of successes on TikTok, whilst the majority fail. It’s no coincidence that everyone claiming to be rich from FBA private label sells a course. These are no different.

The weekly coaching calls are now with Jason, Kyle (who is quite good) and Kevin Pak. That’s Kevin’s only input. They’re all US time which works for me and US based sellers, but there seems to be a lot more overseas members joining, wasting their hard earned cash.

This is all coming from someone who has done quite well, but with no real thanks to the Kevin’s. A lot of people have lost all of the money they had. Tens of thousands. I’ve found more solutions and help in other free groups.

DONT DO IT

DONT DO IT - i've seen absolutely horrible experiences with FBA boss academy. Keep in mind you're recieving pre-recorded course material and actually getting assistance from coaches (ex-students) of the course, not the owners. I've seen messages/posts from close friends on how these coaches speak to students especially through private messages and it is so horrible. Bullying culture. Do not recommend.

All our live coaching sessions are recorded and available with our general online course materials. Our mentors maintain professional communication in both direct and group messages. Our community is thriving, with over 600 posts in the last 30 days and an average response time of under 30 minutes.

Recycled Product Selection

Adam Pike is one of their admins in charge of the product selection you get when you purchase the course. He sent a pdf containing the product selection but the data was months old. Compared to the data for the same product now, the product would be a hard pass based on the course's product research standards, pretty ironic. I asked him about it and he claimed it was a "mix-up". Keep in mind that product selection is their biggest selling point of the course. My thought is that since most new members don't know what to look for, they would've just accepted whatever product that's sent to them. Eventually, you will realize the course is just funneling the members to upsells and their other Amazon services. If you dare to speak up about any negative experiences in the Facebook group about their "inhouse" services your comments will just get deleted.

DO NOT TRUST!

DO NOT TRUST!! Is a literal scam. I wrote a comment on Kevins tiktok. He replied saying there is a way to prepare me for fba by giving him money where he would use it for stocks. And however much the end profits were he would take 10% and give me the 90%. Anyways i gave him 1000$ then two days later when I tried to withdraw my money he said that i had to pay another 3000$ to be able to do so and that there was no other way. He said that the reason was that my profits we more than expected therefore i needed to pay 3000$. This is a freaking scam

TOP NOTCH VALUE

I spoke with Cameron for nearly an hour and he was extremely proficient with explaining every detail in regards to my questions and the information he provided about the mentorship. Very pleased with our discussion & the value I obtained from him helped made it a easy decision to go forward with this program 🏆

Demeaning and Outright Rude Sales Call

Had a call with Trevor to get more information for the program. The guy who did the 5 min pre call with me heard my situation where I told him I was more looking for a done for you service and was most interested in the product selection service and that I had already done a course before. He told me that I seemed like a good fit and recommended me to go ask more questions later that night with Trevor.

I have never had a more unprofessional sales call on Zoom. He asked me to turn on my camera (mind you this was 9 pm at night) which I did luckily I was at my desk and had good lighting but I didn’t see why this was necessary for a call to get more information. He started off asking me question after question and when he got to the question how long would be able to make a decision to join the program (having given me no additional information - we haven’t even gotten to any of my questions), I said I could within the month. He suddenly got super rude / hostile, turned off his camera and said well I guess we are done here because we don’t waste our time I’m a business owner myself and if you cannot make a decision to join within two days, then we shouldn’t be having this discussion. Have you done your own research and watched the videos sent?

I was shocked - yes I watched the videos beforehand but even then, WE are the prospective customers. We are not selling you something, we are trying to learn more about a service you are offering. And if you can’t even answer a few questions which this call was called a “demo call”, why would I hand over 5k+? If I was going to experience demeaning behavior and outright rudeness before handing over my money, I can just imagine how awful customer service will be after I already paid.

So I calmly explained that yes I did have the money saved up and I am serious about the call, showed up for the pre call and videos and filled out the form and email / text confirmations, I am on the call to get my questions answered and to get more information. So he spent a few more minutes briefly going over highlights of program, didn’t show any screenshots or “demo”. Then asked what my next steps were - if I were to not make a decision in the next two days, he said the course price would then be 7K instead of 5K. So I said I’ll reach back out when I’m ready - no need to schedule another call in 2 days.

He then condescending asked what was the reason I would schedule a call with them if I didn’t plan on investing in a course then and made a snide comment and laugh when he said what were you expecting.

Super unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable as a woman. Stay away from this course, just based on their sales method it gave me the biggest ick. Many other FBA courses and coaches out there that will treat customers and students with respect.

Trevor is the best Success Manager I've ever spoke to. He is very experience within the business and helpful with the onboarding process. This course has been amazing so far. Do not listen to the bad reviews cause it's not true, they seem not trying hard enough. I've seen the success with my first product. Thank you to Kevins, Trevor, and Jason.

Honest Review from a student currently in FBA boss

I actually Joined this program, So I can speak from experience. My experience has not been that great, I was hoping to get one on one mentorship with one of the coaches but did not. Essentially you are starting up this business and you have a support group where you can ask questions at any moment, however some of the coaches are not the best. In my opinion Jason is probably the best and most responsive coach, everyone else has been awful and don't really "help". I sent questions or messages to other coaches but they left me on read. I am not sure if it is an ego problem or what. If you want one on one meeting, they charge $500 which is absurd for what the course price is already. In my opinion I think they are great in marketing, and that is what they show on social media, but you actually won't get what they are marketing, I hate to say it but it essentially is a lie. Now this course has its pros, one of the main one beings that they offer a group to join in which you can ask questions whenever you want and they have coaching calls with other students, those are the only benefits in my opinion other then that I believe there are other better programs out there or you could just learn from YouTube honestly. Also I found it very SUS that they paid some students in the course to leave good reviews for the organization. If the organization is great, why is there a need to pay people to leave good reviews. My recommendation would be not to join this group as you are going to be doing it on your own anyways.

Hired freight forwarding service from…

Hired freight forwarding service from fba boss academy and they sent me the wrong estimate . The estimate I received was for someone else. Luckily it made me realize that me and that other person were given the SAME PRODUCT. How am I supposed to be given an award winning product when it’s being given to multiple people?? Now that product on Amazon we were told was “award winning” is actually selling for HALF the price I was told I could sell it at. How am I supposed to make any profit on that. Fed up. Lied and deceived.
