This is a scam investment company.
Was looking for investment and had a call with a guy called Simon Frey. Everything seemed to be above board and going well. After that i flew to Milan for a face to face and met a guy called Dominic Ebner. This guy played the backer and the money man. Again still seemed legit and interested in the investment. The next stage was them requesting me to add funds to a private online account. At this point the account was hacked and stolen by their team. I have advised Police in the UK and Europe.
The contact information I had has now gone dead and there has been no further contact.
I dont want anyone else to get swindled by these guys, so if this review come up in online searches, please DO NOT trust them.
I understand that there are 2 other companies from Germany that they have traded as Pharminter and 8888 Investments.
I advise EXTREME caution, these guys are just out to steal your hard earned money.,

Do not have anything to do with this company. They are scammers. They offer to invest money from their clients but want money in advance from you as a bond / advance interest payment. You will never see any money from them and you will loose the entire amount.

Fay Invest are part of an elaborate Scam concerning the following people: Simon Frey, Dominc Ebner and Paul Andreas Scherer-Farkas. The Scam is for investments. If your company is looking for Investment.
Stage 1
Simon Frey will arrange a Video / Zoom call. He will ask very relevant questions and then after a 30 mins call will "be in touch" (all very friendly and wants to know more about the opportunity)
Stage 2
He will then arrange a face to face meeting usually in Milan. (or wherever they are doing their scams at that time) This is when he brings the real con artist in Dominic Ebner. Dominic will pay for Dinner and try to charm you. This guy has bleach blonde hair and looks like a bond villain!
Stage 3
As part of the interest on the Convertible note they will suggest they will ask you to secure the funds in your own Online Private wallet to show proof of funds. Once you have done that they send in a hacking team to Steal your money. It seems like Dominic Is the actual thief and Simon finds the victims and sets up the meetings. They stole over £50,000. They have been reported to the Police in the UK and Switzerland and Fraud action prevention has been taken.
Why do a trust pilot review? It’s important that if these names or companies come up people will be aware of their scam. Simon stayed in contact with me and assured me it wasn’t him directly but he is a much of part of the scam as the rest. I must strongly advise against doing business with Simon Frey, Fay Invest, or Dominic Ebner These are sophisticated online organised criminals that steal money from honest business people and they continue to Scam people all over the world. Hopefully the names will come up on your google search and you will be saved from being scammed like we were.
Fay Invest > The people on the website are not the actual images. They are probably AI Generated. The phone number no longer works and the Address of the head office is ambiguous at best. Please reply to this review if you need anymore information.
This company used to be Pharminter GmbH but they have now closed I assume for the same reason.
