I ordered a dress from Fayebella but had to return as the zip was an issue. I paid €13 for registered post as advised. I politely emailed them 3 days after I posted said return (which was well within the timeframe for returns) to enquire had they received it. I have since emailed twice more, including proof of postage and also messaged them on instagram. They have been posting on Instagram heavily throughout the day and still no response. The other reviews here all suggest this is an established behaviour on their end. Very disappointing as their website and Instagram are on point. Even if I was desperate I would never order again. Canella lane are far superior in every way.

Ordered four dresses, all in the same size. One was huge, and the other two way too small. Definitely not what was on the labels. One dress fit, but was of terrible quality. Had to send all four back, at my own expense. Disappointing considering the prices. Lesson learned, read the reviews before you purchase!

They don't adhere to their returns policy they advertise. I sent a dress back paid £11 for the return had to email them twice to confirm they received it no response from them just an email dates late to give me back £23 when I paid £37 for the dress, more emails and again no response. I wish I read reviews before ordering from this shop I would strongly recommend avoiding this shop at all costs, very dishonest and untrustworthy.

I have to say the girls here gave me great customer service, from ordering, to having to refund one dress as it didn’t fit. I would actually order from here again as they have beautiful dresses and you are dealing with an actual boutique in Ireland. Lovely. Xx

Don’t buy from here. Customer service is appalling. I bought a dress that was poorly finished-badly frayed all over the place. I had to pay out of my own pocket to return the dress. Then after over 3 weeks I finally got my refund minus the cost of them posting the dress to me.

I had ordered 3 outfits for my university graduation…. The postage was super fast but I recieved no order slip for returns. I emailed Fayebella and although they took a while to reply they said to send it back with my order number… 2 and a half weeks later they stopped responding to my emails and I haven’t gotten my over 200 euro refund . Very frustrating trying to support Irish business when this is what happens…

Bought a dress for a wedding worth over €120, it didn’t suit me so as required I returned it and have received absolutely no response from my emails or have I been given a refund. I will be taking this much further.
Horrible service

I've bought so many dresses to short sets to my sister dress to her weddin of these girls I absolutely love the quality of to clothes to the range of clothes to. You can always find something on their site to wear to any outing.

I ordered a dress for a wedding but it didn’t suit me beautiful dress but showed more of my bottom tummy that I would have liked that’s not the dress it’s me 😂😂 super fast delivery and I have spotted a few more dresses I hope to order for a wedding . Fantastic customer service also would highly recommend

Honestly I rarely write negative reviews but it’s absolutely required in this case to warn other consumers as this website is a scam. The dresses I ordered were absolutely shocking quality. It is outrageous the prices that they are charging for them. When I returned the dresses immediately, I emailed several times as I never got refunded, I have yet to receive a response and am taking further action. I am writing this to warn other consumers about this very misleading website, don’t waste your time or money on these scam artists

What went wrong ? Well item i received looked like it had been sown by a 8 year old child. It looked like curtains you would hang in 1950s .The dress was priced at €130 and it probably cost €10 to make .Website looks amazing and instagram beautiful model but it cannot be the same clothes they are sending to online orders .Buyer Beware !!

Traveled 2 hours to get dresses for an upcoming wedding. When we arrived in store it was tiny with a huge stock room in the back they only have a small amount of dresses on the shop floor so if you want to try something on you have to go onto the website and show them a picture it was ridiculous. Staff were not very Friendly or helpful either. But the worst thing was the the clothes are such poor quality it definitely seems to me that the dresses are bought from shien or somewhere like that very cheap even the stitching was dreadful on some of the dresses im absolutely shocked I honestly wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from fayebella its not a high fashion high quantity store at all very poor quality no customer service and to be honest I am so happy I did not order dresses from the Web site

Scammers. I ordered a dress online which arrived, I had to pay almost £15 for delivery. The dress did not look like the photos so I returned it following the refund / return process to the letter. I had to pay again to return the item. The returns process says they will contact you when it’s recorded, no email, have emailed them and messaged multiple times with no reply so am now out of pocket for a dress and 2 lots of delivery charges.

This service is atrocious. I have sent three emails to two different addresses that I found on my order and online. All with no reply. I never received a refund after weeks of waiting. They also blocked their instagram page.

Pathetic service

Scam! Stay away. Absolutely robbers, I paid them €94 and never received my package. Emailed them and no response and then wrote to them on Instagram she BLOCKED me! I’ll be travelling to Arklow to get my money back from their 2 adresses.

Do not buy from here. They are sourcing their dresses from Shein for approx €30 and selling for €130. I have no issues with consumers buying from Shein but for a boutique to do so it is entirely misleading for the consumer who thinks they are purchasing a higher quality product. If I wanted to buy a Shein product I would purchase it directly from Shein. No wonder half their stock is on preorder as they wait for it to come in from China. Very disappointing and dishonest. Also convenient that there is no contact number available online for the business. From someone who was trying to support a local business, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

I wouldn't advise shopping here to avoid others experiencing the same issues I did.

I bought two dresses, but they arrived with a mouldy smell and one looked different from the website. Upon returning them by post, the team insisted on receiving the dresses before refunding me. Despite notifying them of the situation, they claimed the dresses never arrived and refused to issue a refund.

Despite multiple attempts to follow up, including waiting for the manager's return from holiday, I've received no resolution. Disappointed by the poor service despite the promising online presentation of their boutique.
