Never received my boots & I’ve had hundreds of notifications on Shopify saying it’s on the way & that it’s been delivered & when I contacted favoritai they are very unhelpful I believe they are a scam company do not buy!!!

Ordered a pair of gamblers from Favoritai.com a 2 months ago and I got some kid vinyl looking water boot that was black. Took 5-6 weeks to get them. Contact customer service and they offered me free shipping on my next pair, I refused. Then, favoritia Offered partial refund, so I fault their fraudulent business which under a name called Antrich with PayPal. Send their junk back on my dime then PayPal had a case and took approximately 30 days but I got a full refund. Product comes from Hong Kong and shipped out of some US address in Chicago. Do not buy from them - you have been warned!
First, when you read "About Us" it says that they are in Texas but when you order, they come from China. No where on the website does it mention they are in China. It's been 4 weeks and my order is still not here and when I send the customer service and email about it, they said that it's in the US. This place is horrible, don't buy from here.
This website that appears to be American is actually in Hong Kong. I bought two pair of Cowboy boots that were supposed to Ostrich and Pirarucu. It took 6 weeks for the boots to arrive and what I received were two pair of Cheap Plastic Boots that look like the cheapest material I have ever seen. I wrote several emails to the company and NONE were answered.
