After I posted my first review on Trustpilot, someone claiming to be from their team contacted me asking for my email and account information. I shared the details, hoping to resolve the issue, and even followed up with two additional emails. I made it clear that I no longer wanted to be part of their platform and simply wanted my money back — money they took without any valid reason.

To this day, I’ve received no response. They’re completely ignoring me.

This company is not legitimate. They shut down accounts without warning, just to seize users' crypto funds. If they were a serious, professional operation, they would at least notify users and give them a deadline or explanation — like reputable platforms do. Instead, they falsely claimed I had two accounts, which is untrue. I’ve only ever used one account since joining.

It’s a scam site run by dishonest people. My advice: withdraw your funds immediately before they lock your account and steal your crypto.

I managed to get some pays from faucets to their wallet, but when I try to link external wallet to actually withdraw the earnings the website keeps telling "the address is not valid" which is ridicoulous as this address I am trying to add has even valid transactions on the network in the past. HOW IS IT NOT VALID? Or is this website just pure scam? -if it is some bug - not very good first impression while I am testing this service.

It is not the best micro crypto wallet. Maybe a shitty one.
You can deposit and do multiple small deposits, but if you like to convert between the cryptocurrencies they have high fees and if you like to withdraw, they have astronomical fees and very high withdraw threshold. In fact you can't withdraw your crypto, if you will not have enough amount to withdraw. Their are asking to have 0.0001 BTC in your wallet to able to withdraw. They are asking $12 fees. We worked together with them and they have the right to trap your crypto and not able to withdraw and when you will collect them, you will pay them with your own work. There are so many shitty scammers out there who tries to devour your crypto with many ways.

This was an excellent site to earn crypto, but since last year they are implementing more and more rules to limit the way you can earn, they enforce these changes without warning not even an email, I have this account since 2020 after faucethub shot down, and never had any issues with them, au contraire I was very happy with the site, but these last changes and the lack of answers or support from their team have disappointed me. I hope they reconsider or at least inform the community in timely manner

We use FaucetPay as both a publisher and a merchant, and it works very well.
Payments are fast and reliable, both for ad earnings and customer transactions.
The only downside is that swap fees are a bit high, but overall the service is excellent.

Low pay. They used to pay slightly more, but now the compensation has decreased.

A few glitches here and there and on the occasion you need customer service they seem to be rather useless but gameplay is usually pretty good anyways

My 0.01 BNB disappeared on the 11th June. I was only left with 0.00000354 BNB . I withdrew 0.003 ZEC they gave me a transaction code but never arrived on my wallet.

Learning that I was being used was difficult to digest. I was able to fix the issues with the support I got from the outlet on my header.

FaucetPay's fee structure is transparent, yet the fixed withdrawal fee somethings outweighs my tiny earnings. It's a decent aggregator, but not ideal for very small faucet gains.
