Great products and outstanding customer service.

I bought two of the large spiral planters. They are unique products - well-made, beautiful and sturdy -- I bought because of the design which is the only spiral planter I could find with a section large enough to hold the root ball of a shrub rose. Free delivery and came on time. I had a problem with one planter not draining in one corner adequately after extremely heavy rains -- This was due to boards being too close together at one corner in the bottom of this planter so could be something to check when you buy from them. I needed to drill some holes in it. I told Fat Leaf and they immediately partially refunded me and agreed to continue to guarantee the planter.

This company makes a range of outdoor furniture, ready-made or made-to-measure in a range of timbers and offer a design service. We bought a raised salad planter in larch. It is beautifully solid and strong and, in its first season, has produced crop after crop of salad leaves. They are pleasant people to deal with and I will certainly use them again.
