Fathom's UI/UX is clean and its AI/Intelligence produces reliable summaries and searchable transcripts, but the Integrations are thinner than some competitors, Performance can lag on longer calls, and while the Pricing/ROI is strong on the free tier, paid tiers get pricey — though Support/Onboarding is generally smooth.

I mainly use Fathom for the automatic meeting summaries and the German transcription, and both work really well. The summaries are available right after the meeting, which saves me and my team a noticeable amount of time. The tool is easy and intuitive to use. Highly recommended.

As someone who works from home, Fathom has made work x10 easier when it comes to meetings and note taking. With a click of a button, you could record meetings for review and have your meeting notes summarized and sent to you via email or their website. Truly recommended for WFH people like me.

Been using Fathom for a while now and it's become one of those tools I don't think about anymore, which is honestly the highest compliment I can give a piece of software.

My whole team runs it on every Zoom call, internal and external. Recording, summary, transcript, all sitting in one place. When we need to go back and pull something up, it's there. That's been huge for us. Every so often a client will come back six months later swearing up and down that we discussed something we never discussed, or that they never agreed to something they absolutely agreed to. I don't argue about it anymore. I pull the recording. Conversation over.

The other thing that sold me was setup. I run a fully remote team and I didn't have to walk a single person through it or loop in IT once. Everybody got themselves up and running on their own, which almost never happens.

Not much else to say. It does what it says it does and I'd recommend it to anyone whose job is mostly meetings.

I love how Fathom summarizes each point during a Teams or Zoom meeting. The Fathom notetaker sends each person attending the meeting the meeting notes as soon as it is over. As a secretary of an association, it is a game-changer. I can still pay attention to most of the meeting and not have to worry about missing any notes.

Seamless integration and reliable transcriptions have made Fathom a staple in all of my customer discovery calls. It's been great to not only get an accurate transcript to use in customer proposals, but it's also been great for training to improve the sales pitch/delivery.

Fathom is a great IA Note Taker for Teams Meetings. Our sales team has been working with this tool and the minuta it sends through emails are wonderful.

I like how it can literally capture everything. Summarize and create Actions, Updates and etc on meetings. It also captures the whole zoom meeting even if internet is not working properly on your end.

I love that it is so easy to setup Fathom AI and use it immediately. It integrates directly into my calendar, so I never have to formally remember when I have a meeting coming up because Fathom AI knows after connecting it to my calendar. I can click the icon from my menu bar and it joins the meeting with me. I even formally recommend this as the go to solution for my own clients because I can rely on how accurate and tidy the summary plus action items are, as well as using the search in the recorded call. The only down side with Fathom AI is that for in person meetings I can't use it unless I have a laptop so I typically use Otter instead

It’s a great tool for keeping track of all the meetings you have, and it includes video as well—not to mention it’s free. Usually, “free” can mean lower quality, but that definitely isn’t the case with Fathom.

Fathom has been really useful for quickly summarizing meetings, generating transcripts, and pulling out clear insights and bullet points. I also like being able to jump to a specific moment just by clicking a sentence in the transcription, and the Microsoft Teams integration works well. The recap is generated fast, and the free plan has been enough for my needs.

since ive started using fathom, i never have to worry about losing context of a meeting and, i can let go of some things (which i feel are not important at the moment) so i have less cognitive load

I greatly appreciate Fathom because it is solving the issue of having to multitask as meeting facilitator, notetaker, and the person sharing the action items after the meeting. The summaries that include recording timestamps are very helpful to me in my role as a hiring manager. It has allowed me to revisit responses to compare and contrast so that I ensure that I am fairly rating each candidate.

I am able to focus on the meeting that I am in and really absorb what a client is saying rather than focusing half of my attention on my notes. 5 stars!!
