I visited the store in Worcester on 23rd June looking for something for my elderly dad for his birthday, I was welcomed by two members of staff. I asked for a little help as I was struggling to find what I was looking for elsewhere, Lisa was fantastic she was so helpful showing me some options and even went to check other stock in the stock room. I made my decision and she took the time to chat which really made my day as life if proving difficult at the moment so thank you for being kind, oh and my dad loved his shirt
