Good belt from FatFace - but imperfect swapping experience
I ordered a brown leather belt online from FatFace, to collect in my local branch.
The belt arrived, and is of good quality, and was sold at an OK price.
It was however too large, so I asked the branch to swap it for a smaller size (which they had in stock).
They were friendly, and did swap it. However, I had to pay for the new one, and wait several days for a refund of the original one. This delay is why I'm giving 4 stars rather than 5.

very lovely and professional service fantastic sales as always I've been a long term customer and fat face is a reliable retailer and have a secure returns policy i have never had an issue love the style watch out for sizing though can be on the large size

Fab local store
I went to my local store to collect an order. I find the assistants always friendly and approachable whenever I'm in the store.
And it does make a difference especially as good customer service is lacking in many other shops.

Easy collection
Ordered online for delivery to my local store. Delivery was delayed by one day but not a problem. Staff at the Woking were great and picking my stuff up was easy.
