A seamless service once again
As per usual I had a seamless service provided by FatFace.
I ordered 2 dresses that were delivered to my closest Next; one of the dresses was fab (which I have kept) and the other, I unfortunately had to return as it simply didn't suit me. However, the returns was so easy - I simply took it to a FatFace shop and it was instantly reimbursed.

Poppy in the Truro store served me…
Poppy in the Truro store served me yesterday. i only popped in to have a look and immediately fell in love with a pair of Alev wide leg jeans but i needed to try them on along with a top. I wasnt aware they closed at 4pm and it was literally past that, I apologised to Poppy and she said dont worry you can try them on not a problem. I thought that was really nice of her given she had probably been their all day and was wanting to get home herself.
I love the jeans and will be back to buy more items soon! thanks Poppy for going above and beyond

In the Truro store, served by Emily and Jo, such helpful, cheerful young ladies, thank you both. I haven’t shopped in Fatface for years and was pleasantly surprised both by the superb quality and realistic prices. I also found the perfect pair of summer white jeans, the Marlow. Not too tight, not too baggy!! Fit perfectly around the waist and hips (I’m a typical pear!) without looking as if they have built in saddle bags as so many pairs do nowadays!! 🙌

I visited the Truro store today
I visited the Truro store today, looking for a pair of jeans.
The jeans I wanted weren’t in stock in store in the colour I wanted.
Louis was very helpful, polite and friendly. He ordered them for me to be delivered to my home.

Fantastic Fatface
Fatface is one of my favourite shops, especially the Truro branch.
Always find what I want and of the quality I would expect
The staff are genuinely nice, today I was served by Jane who was very helpful.

Buying spree at Truro Fatface sale - lots in my size too. Lovely quality this year and fits perfectly. Well done! Came home and spent another shed load on Autumn collection and a sale dress in my size that I couldn’t find in Truro.
