Delivery was shockingly late. I was due to pick up my order on Friday 18th September or Sunday 20th, the shop had not received it. I had ordered it earlier in the week for my sister’s birthday.
Pick up was scheduled for 18th September, I have visited 3 times now, told today it has been lost. It was a birthday present and is now 7 days late! Dreadful service!
I’ve been promised it will arrive in 2 days, nearly a fortnight late

Purchased a top on line but had to return due to size issues. Tried on next.size but not for me unfortunately. I took it back to the Totnes store and the staff were very helpful. So I have no complaints.

Just been to totnes
Just been to totnes, my favourite place. My first stop is always fatface, for the quality and pricing.
However, today there was so much to choose from, fortunately I had the lovely Lisa helping me today, who is so helpful.
It’s always a pleasant experience shopping in fatface as it has a calming atmosphere, and my dog always gets a treat.

Absolutely love fat face .
Absolutely love fat face .. one of my go to clothing brands .
Staff in local shop also really helpful and friendly.
Scored 4/5 as on two separate occasions when ordering online … the wrong label has been attached to the item of clothings.
On one occasion a completely different dress on the second occasion correct dress but was the wrong size … ordered size 10 R .. attached label was correct but actual dress was a 12P… so needed to return.
Refunds on both occasions easy and prompt .

3rd pair of quality shorts from Fat Face
Had shorts delivered to shop in Totnes only to be told I could have had them sent to Next in my home town of Torquay. Not really a problem, but o know next time.
Purchased my 3rd pair shorts. Usual great quality and fit. Just wish did the Mawes in black.
