First Class
I purchased some clothes in the sale online which was easy to do with plenty of items to choose from but then had to go to my nearest shop for an exchange as I had originally thought I could do that by post.
The staff in the shop were so helpful, friendly and polite from my initial phone call to the shop to the help in the shop returning and exchanging the items, nothing was too much trouble.
Thanks to the lovely staff in the Springfields (Lincolnshire) branch and the great Black Friday sale I ended buying 4 items instead of the original 1.

Fast delivery to store compared to home
Transaction was very easy, delivery to store was quick and very convenient, staff very friendly and helpful. Items were well packaged and fit perfectly.

Used fat face outlet in spalding, I actually found a lovely dress in my size for a brilliant price, usually all the 10/12 sizes go quickly. Lady at the till was lovely too .

Collect at store parcel arrived within a few days. The lady was very helpful when I collected the parcel and we even found more lovely items whilst in the store.

Went into Fatface at Springfields at…
Went into Fatface at Springfields at 5.57pm. Asked if they were about to close. Emily replied yes but it was OK to go and we bought trousers and boots without feeling under pressure due to Emily's excellent customer services.
