Ordered a jacket on line which was to big so took it into the Southwold branch where this very nice young man found me a smaller one, I also wanted a skirt which they didn’t have in my size so he ordered it for me I picked it up this week and he remembered me really great service I will definitely shop there again, well done Southwold 💙

Great jeans....great service!
I can rely on Fatface to have trousers/ jeans of good quality and that fit me comfortably. On this occasion I was looking for and found wide legged jeans that were not too long...perfect! Olivera gave me time and space to try them on, then checked on how happy I was with everything. She then suggested I might look at the same design but in a faded denim and showed me a pair. Perfect! I wasn't going to buy another pair of jeans but when you find a perfect fit it feels right, and seems sensible to buy them
in a different colour! Olivera was smily, helpful but not intrusive and I never felt pressured, but she helped me walk out a very happy customer!

Thank you for being so efficient. The web site was easy to use and I could easily find the products I was looking for in my size. Your notifications for click and collect were most helpful. Staff in store were helpful and friendly.
