I had ordered three items of clothing , one wasn’t a suttable fit the other two items were classed as faulty. The young lady in the store was really helpful and apologetic she even search to see if the two faulty items Could be replaced . I was disappointed that as the two faulty items I had planned to keep . Delivery of their items is always quick and in the 20 + years I’ve been buying stuff from fat face this is the first time there has been a quality issue.

I've never had a problem with anything I've bought including the duvet set. However...last month I bought artwork pack of white and blue shirts...in large. Unfortunately they appear to be a bit tight across the chest and arms..everything else I've bought in L has been fine...oh...by the way...i haven't put weight on...

Great fit, lovely materials, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff
I like shopping at Fat Face because the clothes look good and are comfortable. The materials feel nice, too. The prices are reasonable. And, the staff are always friendly and super helpful.

I love FatFace
I love FatFace and have used it for years. Staff are always cheerful and so helpful. Prices are good and the quality of the garments excellent along with choice of clothing and accessories. They are happy to check for stock in other shops and their shop floor is always clean and tidy.

Ordered very easily online. Next day collection from local shop. Great customer service.
Both items too big so returned them and local shop reordered in correct size. Again very friendly service and easy process.
