Great service
Quick delivery from the Website. The boots I ordered were too small so I returned them to the Rugby store. I couldn’t see any on the shelf but the staff member checked for me anyway and found me a pair in the size I needed. She was helpful and friendly.

Excellent customer service and a lovely colleague instore, he was very apologetic about a faulty product that was delivered but I received a speedy refund and a lovely chat about said colleagues visit to the cricket, if you read this I hope you had a lovely time.

Limited return options when using Paypal for online purchase.
I like to use Paypal when paying online - I no longer feel I can do this with FatFace as it limits your return options, you cannot return via instore method anymore. As a result, the whole process takes longer for your refund when you are limited to postal returns. I understand that this is to do with the fact that Paypal now has a Pay over 3 months option - which I hasten to add, I do not use. I find this a backward step and inconvenient. Hence the four star review.
