Delayed delivery and kept up to date
I purchased this staple skirt in the summer and saw it in the sale - I had to get it in a smaller size as it’s a classic that will never go out of fashion.
Delivery was delayed although I was kept up to date and didn’t cause a problem. I popped to store to collect and was dealt with efficiently.

Hat flat on collection
I ordered a straw hat, travelled 20 miles to pick it up, and it was flat in the collection bag. Hats of this nature need to be packed with some protection to maintain shape,

Superb customer service
Popped into the branch at a retail park near Rugby. The gentleman serving couldn’t have been more helpful. I was interested in a pair of chinos which he said would be in the sale next week and would be free local collection. Waited a week and purchased them £20 cheaper with free collection from my nearest branch. All in all , a great service.

Super helpful and easy!
I had ordered through Fat Face online and chose a store pick up (Rugby). The package arrived much sooner than expected which is quite a novelty amongst shops now! As I was buying further clothing in the store, I decided to open the collected order to see if I liked the items (wanting to save time as I live a distance from Rugby). I only needed to return one item, the refund of which was processed at the same time as my new purchases. The refund was posted to my account so quickly - Thank you Fat Face. Super service! That's why I keep buying Fat Face - super clothes range and great customer service.

Lovely quality clothes and great customer service
Lovely quality clothes and great customer service. I needed to return two items as I needed a smaller size. I returned the items in store where the assistant processed the returns and re-orded my chosen size without any fuss. Very quick turnaround.

This coat fit me perfectly, I am tall and sometimes the coats don’t fit my arms and length. This coat is more burgundy rather than red. The material looks waxed.
But is a good coat.

I think Fatface is great
I think Fatface is great! The clothes are well made and even more importantly accurately sized!!! The returns policy is spot on. Staff at the store I frequent most are lovely.
Which is why over 60% of my clothes come from Fatface.
