Ordering was simple and super professional. But staff in store when I picked up my order (and something else I spotted in the shop!) Were the real 5 star element.

Not best instore experience
The online experience was fine. I ordered the Annie dress in plum, Size 18, but this was too big, so wanted to Try this in a 16 instead. It was out of stock online, so I took the dress to my local store in Reading, found they had this in a sixteen which was perfect. However my experience went downhill at the till, I asked if I was able to exchange the 18 for the 16 which the lady said was fine however I would need to pay more ??. When I brought the dress online it had an additional 20% off so I paid £28.80 and the shop assistant told me I would need to now pay £36 for the exchange as the promotion had finished. I ended up just getting my money back as did not want to pay more for exactly the same dress in a different size. This was also an issue as she seemed to be having problems refunding through the system, which delayed me getting back from my lunch break. Not the best instore experience !

I ordered online from within the store
I ordered online from within the Reading store as you didn't stock my size.
Happy with the quality of the 2 coats bought and feel they were excellent value for money (in the sale).
I had been in the store the previous day and wasn't overly impressed with the attitude of the staff. Not sure why they appeared demotivated.

Nice socks
Like these socks as they have a high cotton content. Usually get as stocking fillers.
Staff were friendly and helpful when I collected them.

My favourite clothes shop.
My favourite clothes shop, we had to buy online as the local shop had only one colour. the garment is a perfect shape unlike many tee-shirts these days. Ordering was easy and the garment arrived when you said it would.

Helpful staff
Online order arrived quickly. Staff at Reading branch were really helpful exchanging these items for sizes that fitted. Went out of their way to find the items when they weren't on the shop floor. Definitely the most helpful branch I've visited.
