Excellent customer service at Fat Face in London Bridge.
The team were warm, welcoming, patient and genuinely keen to attend the customer.
It is the third time I visit the store; the items I have bought are really good quality. Today I bought a lovely jean jacket.

I was served by a lovely woman named Evalena, who went above and beyond to help me. The dress I was interested in had only arrived earlier that day and hadn’t even been put on display yet, but she kindly searched through the boxes to find it for me. I tried it on and bought it immediately. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming!

27.4.26, 13.07- I Just bought some clothes in the fatface London Bridge train station and I received excellent customer service from a young lady called Alison who could not do enough for me. She was so polite, warm and engaging. Thank you Alison, you’re an asset to the team.

Fast delivery, item came back into stock very quickly even though in the sale. Packaged lovely with an eye mask in a pyjama case

Fantastic service by Zainab and Evalena today at the London Bridge shop. They went above ( literally climbing over delivery boxes) and beyond to help today.

Great service and great products. I had to return something as the size wasn't right and it couldn't have been easier and I got a refund within a couple of days.

I walked into Fat Face (London Bridge) with a bit of a Friday evening dinner crisis from having picked up a bad stain on my shirt. I was in search of a good replacement to match my trousers and lo and behold I was blessed by the service of Alison! She showed such great people skills and empathy in not only understanding the desperateness of my situation, but also helping me choose a great quality shirt to match the rest of me. She was also kind enough to allow me to use the office to change in to make it in time for my dinner since there was rightfully long queue for the chanting room at fat face. Wouldn't recommend Fat Face and their wonderful employee Alison enough! What an asset to have for any organisation 😊

Met with two fantastic sales consultants at the London Bridge ' branch, Alison and Zainab. They helped me pick up a jumper which was on sales and the way they dealt with me, made me feel a valuable customer at Fatface. Alison and Zainab keep 😃.

Came in to get a last minute gift for my wife and Safa was serving and she as just so helpful and even wrapped the gift for me. 5 stars to Safa!

I popped in to browse around Fatface London Bridge. Was fortunate to be served by Alison - who was exceptionally good in handling my questions, making suggestions and pointing me to sales items. I bought three items that I very likely would not have done, had it not been for Alison. What a lovely attitude she has to her work. Well done Alison, and thank you!

I wasn't planning on shopping for anything specific as I am a plus size woman and geneeally feel that I can't shop in the regular clothing shops. Today however both staff members of London Bridge FatFace were so kind and friendly and helpful. I found something that fit me comfortably as well as a lovely handbag. I left feeling happy and well taken care of and also the demeanor of the 2 staff members was respecful amd extremely positive. I WILL return to this location again.

Evalena and Rojeen were so helpful at the London Bridge shop - I am absolutely delighted with the felt Easter bunnies and gardening piglets they helped me choose - their Willow twig tree display at the till has totally inspired me 😍

The staff was so kind! They didn’t have the jacket that I wanted in my size, so Valentina and Tanni called another store and were able to reserve the jacket for me. They went above and beyond to help me out, and they were a pleasure to chat with!
