Above and beyond the call of duty.
I ordered a pair of jeans to collect at Fatface Lichfield on a UK visit to see family. At first it seemed as though the order hadn't arrived and as I had forgotton to bring my collection notification email that made it more difficult to track down. One member of staff in particular spent a lot of time on the phone to head office in order to resolve the problem. Turns out the parcel was linked to a hotel address where I stayed last year so in the end I was able to pick up my purchase after all. In my opinion the staff at Lichfield went "above and beyond the call of duty" in their help. Thank you very much, you were brilliant. The jeans are excellent too!

Collecting an order from Lichfield shop only to find that the item could not be tried on for size as the fitting rooms were out of use. Come on FatFace, this is not good enough

I have contacted the Lichfield store this morning, who have explained that due to a leak in their roof, the fitting rooms are currently unavailable. This is being looked at internally and repairs are under way, however for safety reasons I am sure you can understand they cannot be open at this time.

My online order arrived quickly but the flip flops were uncomfortable so I returned them in store. Staff were warm, friendly, understanding and there was no issue returning them.

I ordered 2 pairs of ladies shorts…
I ordered 2 pairs of ladies shorts online as click and collect to my local Fatface store to save on carriage. I ordered the 2 different colours thinking I would keep the ones I liked best and return the others but I loved them both, so kept them both. Fat face is my favourite shop for clothes, I love the style and quality. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

This is why we should shop on the high street. Customer service is as it should be in our Lichfield branch. A fabulous store a great atmosphere and a warm welcome. This store as it all the staff are all so lovely kind and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Especially the guys who helped me today. It also helps that I love the brand. Great clothes and great service.
I had purchased some very nice summer shorts and shirts online. A couple of items I did not want to keep, so I returned them to my local store in Lichfield. The staff there were very helpful in getting me an exchange for a smaller size shirt and refunding me for the items I did not want.
I am very pleased with my purchases and with how the staff sorted out my returns without any fuss.
