Very positive experience with some lovely staff
We called in today to have a shop around (myself, my mum, auntie and grandma) we were greeted by Jane and Kim. They honestly couldn't be more helpful and passionate about the clothing and the brand. Really helped us pick out some stunning pieces that fit and suited our styles and body types. They were so helpful and willing to spend time with us and any other customers in the shop. It felt like a really personal experience. I would visit hebden bridge for this shop alone. Thank you so much to Kim and Jayne!xx

Although I returned the item (too large) I received a refund quickly and the procedure was easy. Everything at the shop where I collected was also easy.

Ordered online to collect at Hebden Bridge. Delivery was quicker than expected and on collection staff were pleasant and helpful. Looking around the store everything was well laid out and there was a good choice.

Visited with friends and had a wonderful experience at the store. Jayney and Kim went over and above in helpfulness - ordering a coat online for me that wasn’t available their store. Their friendly and warm service was exceptional - and they obviously enjoy their job. Thank you both!
