Returning an online order
I ordered a dress in 2 sizes as I was unsure of the size. I decided to keep one and returned the other one to my local branch. The assistant was very pleasant and efficient, making the whole experience very easy.

Good products with a good online and store experience
Great overall experience, I bought a couple of the Woodside Slub Cotton Henley long sleeve tops . They were quickly delivered to my local FF store and the collection process was very smooth with helpful staff.
Love the quality, colour and fit of the tops , very comfortable and stylish.

I visited the Haywards Heath store today and as always the service from the crew is awesome! They are friendly approachable and know their stuff! I have been a long time Fatface wearer and that won’t change. Season after season i always find a new love!

Didn’t disappoint!
First time buying online from Fat Face, and didn’t disappoint! Beautifully packaged; I picked up from the store and was offered the opportunity to try on before taking home. I didn’t, but everything was absolutely fine.

Great wardrobe staple.
Love the top. A really good staple, and was hoping the white one would be in the offer but it wasn’t. Just wish the click and collect was a bit quicker as it was a long wait.

Popped in on a whim…
Popped in on a whim as I saw some gorgeous spring-like colours in the window. Fell in love with a sweatshirt which wasn’t in my size. One of the staff members informed me that my size had just been returned/exchanged by another customer about an hour earlier. It hadn’t been put back out on the shop floor yet. It was a breath of fresh air to talk to a polite and helpful member of staff who showed initiative and good common sense. Well done Fat Face.
