The staff were friendly, polite & helpful. They were having a problem with one of the tills, apologised to both myself & another customer that the transactions were taking a little longer to process. They then thanked me for being patient & then said that they hoped I would enjoy the rest of my day.

they smile and engage when you come into the store but not invasive.
