Helpful staff
I had ordered my item which when received it was too large. I returned this to a shop and they said they were not able to now reorder this item as it was now on sale.
He checked that there was the next size down and advised me to order online. This I did and once I received the next size down, the original was returned to the shop who reimbursed me.

I absolutely love my dress
I absolutely love my dress, it is super comfy, stylish and flattering. I teamed it with trainers and a denim jacket and received lots of compliments. It made me feel girly, confident and fun. It washes well, it does need ironing - but I won’t hold that against it! Lol it’s a little pricey but you really do get what you pay for in terms of quality most of the time and it really does feel well made and well designed. The stripes go all the right ways to be flattering and the pockets are a massive bonus!

Chelmsford store………Visited to bring back a return and left with 2 more items! Served by a lady with short blonde hair very chatty, helpful and knew her stuff. Website better than in store this time.
The online presence seems better at providing products than the store, although they had no stock of the item I wanted & were unable at the time to order it for me- even they tried to be helpful.
Maybe it's just the way of the world now?
But I got what I needed from the website & delivered quickly even if only notified 30mins before it turned up !
