Great company
I had bought lots of clothes in the sale in two sizes as never quite sure which would be best fit. I went to store to return unwanted items.
Staff were very helpful and I browsed while they sorted returns.
Found some lovely new things to buy. It’s so much nicer in store but not so many choices.
Staff were very efficient and friendly.
A great experience.

Nice pair of chinos
Ordered these chinos on line.
Delivery was made within the time stated.
The chinos have a nice feel and seem to be well made.
Unfortunately they were slightly too big for me but then that was due to me losing weight over the last few months. I took the chinos back to store and exchanged them for a smaller size. Pleasant staff in store.

Amazing helpful staff
Bought three items for my husband’s birthday and the two guys were undaunted when they acted as my personal shoppers! Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Lovely Basingstoke Team!
They are always so friendly and helpful at the Basingstoke store. I phoned up to see if there were a pair of boots I wanted in my size. The lady who answered was so helpful and put the boots aside for me. She had gone home when I arrived to collect them but the other lady and gentleman there were equally as lovely and helpful.

I bought a Arlie Breton online which was lovely Quality and a good price, unfortunately my arms were not long enough so I took back to our local store who very kindly gave me a refund, I tried a couple of other items that I loved but again I had to leave them behind due to my short arms. Lovely shop though and very pleasant staff.

Very positive experience buying hoodies…
Very positive experience buying hoodies for my children in the Basingstoke store and a gossip for myself online. Excellent quality and lovely and warm. The staff in store were very polite and friendly!

They think well of their customers
I am a complete fan of their clothes. But I bought a dress 6 months ago and wore it recently, washed it and it shrank. I took it to the store(Basingstoke) and the store gave me a voucher of its last sale price. Amazing customer service. Glad the company likes to retain its customers.

My favourite store.

Not sure which this review is for,I bought dungarees on line,which I am thrilled with. I also bought the Sussex jacket from your branch in Basingstoke,I wasn't quite as lucky with that. I wanted the blue version which they didn't have, so they ordered it for me. I was amazed how quickly both parcels arrived and both on the same day. Unfortunately I had to return the jacket because I found the blue was too dark for me . The staff in the shop I have always found to be very helpful and efficient,. Thank you.
