Waterproof coat
When I collected my coat the staff were very helpful. I use a mobility scooter and an assistance dog. They helped me try the coat on and packed it in the bag. The coat feels lovely and fits perfectly.

Sara + the Banbury store are fabulous
Sara at the Banbury store is such a gem. I came in with my baby napping in the pushchair, and she found me a big changing room where he could nap while she found me sizes and even suggested some pieces I hadn't seen. It was like having a personal shopper - she really went out of her way to be kind to me. Thanks Sara and the Fat Face team!

I had the best customer service that I have had in a long while. The lad who served me was polite, friendly and was actually able to fold my clothes as I would myself (very rare these days) which made my experience extra special. Big thanks and appreciation to the lad that served me and apologies that I didn't remember to note his name. This was at FatFace Banbury Gateway.

Fantastic local store
Practical choices, easy online or ordering in local shop , locally the team are amazing, if its not on the shop floor they look in stock room, otherwise see if its available online. I went in wanted a practical top and t shirt, I just could not get together what I wanted, the team came up with so many options, absolutely amazing service, with amazing senses of humour too, they will not sell you an item that is too small, if you ask their opinion its honest and you are offered many options, well done team Banbury
