Went to exchange clothes brought online with gift card to Ashbourne Fatface. The assistants went above and beyond to ensure I was able to exchange clothes with clothes in store.

Sadly had to return an item…on the plus side able to do so at local branch and quickly refunded.Maybe a bad day for the sales assistant as not at all friendly. Not the usual person who always has a smile and greeting.

Prompt easy to use.
Order arrived promptly. I was able to try the dresses on there and then and quickly return the one that was too big. Staff were very helpful and prompt fetching my order and sorting out my returns.

Absolutely love fatfaces clothes fantastic qaulity and the bright colours make it easy for me spot my autistic boy a mile off and he loves the soft fabric with him having sensory processing disorder.

The quality of the clothes
The quality of the clothes, the fut and when I found a jumper I liked but not in my size, the lady behind the counter found it online, gave me the reference number so I eas able to order it when I git home.. I went in fir a jumper, came out with 2 jumpers, a shirt and some shorts.

Excellent customer service
I ordered my skirt online on the Saturday and it was delivered to my local store for collection the following Tuesday. Very impressed by this. The skirt I ordered is a good fit, and well made of lovely fabric. The staff in the shop where I collected my order were very pleasant and helpful too.

Ordered online to collect at the Ashbourne store, the item was delivered quickly for free and the staff were extremely kind and accommodating as we arrived with only ten minutes to spare before the shop was due to close.
