I ordered and collected from a Fat Face…
I ordered and collected from a Fat Face shop. I ordered three pieces of clothing and kept two. I tried them on in the shop. The staff then send the clothes you don't want and it saves a trip to the post office. They reimburse you on the spot too. I really like this service.
Fat Face clothes have great styles and colours.

These jeans are the best. Ordered quite a few pairs of wide legged and straight jeans in Fat Face (and other shops) to find a pair which were wide but not too wide and would suit a small person. I found a pair in FatFace that fitted perfectly.
(They weren’t available in the shop in size 8 so ordered online. They are such a good fit, comfortable and flattering. Since I had found my perfect fit, I ordered 2 other pairs of Elsie jeans in a darker colour for the Winter but unfortunately 2 size 8’s were very different sizing from one another, one smaller than the first pair (which were perfect) and one larger (and significantly longer) than the first pair. So both had to be returned unfortunately. With the increase of online shopping please be consistent with sizing, as it is frustrating for the shops and the customers. So happy with my first pair though.

Good we service from online delivery to store.
Went into Fatface Amersham one weekend looking for a summer shortsleeve shirt or two, and none of the shirts fitted me. So decided to check out the website, and they did have a bigger size, so had that delivered to the store. Online I could also select the Long fit. Good service, fast turnaround and the store holds it until you can collect. Returns is as usual, returns label in the bag. So a good experience. Normally I would be a XXL as M&S shirt sizing but a XXXL fat face.

Great store and products
Shopping at FatFace instore or online is very easy. The stores are always well presented. I really appreciate seeing the clothing on two different shape/size women online as it really helps to see what will suit me. I find the returns process simple. The only thing I would like to see change is that it be possible to find out what is available instore when looking online.

The shirt I ordered as a Christmas present…
The shirt I ordered as a Christmas present turned out to be too big. When I returned it to the local store, there were none left in the size required, nor online, but the staff were kind enough to ring a couple of other branches and located one for me.

Website & store experience excellent
I bought a dress in the shop but decided I needed a longer length. I was able to order it online & have it delivered to the shop - who gave me a refund for the original. All very painless and delivery was speedy. Staff at the Amersham store were very pleasant and helpful to deal with.

The jeans I optimistically ordered in a 10 online were too tight! I explained to staff and received excellent service and left the store with correct fit from current stock.
