Very excellant services. My fone broke in modilin airport at 2pm. Quick search in internet find this company and send email. Before my flight( 3pm) they give me quick reply and set the apponitment in central london in my hotel. At7pm. But i lettlebit late. The technician mr ali wait for me and fixit. Within 20minutes. Great job.

Cheaper & easier than the Apple store
Cheaper than the Apple store and very easy, booked in the afternoon and a few hours later my phone had a new battery. All I would say could be better is that the person coming to fix the device should have photographic ID that they show and I haven't had a receipt for my payment, so I'm glad I did a bank transfer rather than paying by cash as each repair has a year warrantee.

Contacted the guys in the morning online, had a call back in 30 minutes, an engineer came to my place later in the day to sort out my battery problem. I received regular updates about his arrival as he was stuck in traffic and all that. I was very impressed with the level of service received.
