Hello,
Please BEWARE of this company! They are not to be trusted!I am a senior and very disappointed with this company. I called them to look at my washer. Max came and said everything can be fixed. It was a top load washer in and it stopped agitating. Said it was fixable after he tried a few things ended up saying no it wasn’t. He told me he sold used washers. I was so nieve i trusted him and went to pick one out. He took my money and said he would send an invoice. 4 days later after I begged him he sent me a very very vague invoice. Called him and asked to reissue the invoice with more details still nothing. Please beware he does not provide you with a work order or appropriate documentation on his invoices. Oh and by the way the machine I picked out when he delivered it didn’t even work! Said he had tried it out. BS. He is a liar and does not keep his word. I was a victim. Please be careful.

The FastApplianceRepairPro team was fast, professional and ethical in providing their services starting from accepting my call, scheduling time for diagnostics and services and actual hands on repair by the technicians. I did not need to order needed spare parts, and wait for its delivery as this service was also available at FastApplianceRepairPro and everything was taken care as a one-point service. Very pleased.

not happy

the tec came he was very friendly but didnt come prepaired one of his meters was not working.. he said the sensor was gone he ordered the part.. then car broke down had to bring another tec with him to make sure the right part was ordered cause he ordered the wrong part after that i waited and heard nothing i called today the 16 of june and was told then that the machine was not fixable or he recommends that we dont fix it.. the tec would of know it was not fixable the second time he came in and said noting to me about i had to be informed my the person on the phone that it wasnt or shouldnt be fixed.. your tec should come prepaired for his work day and know his stuff cause if it wasnt fixable the first time he was out then i could of gone at that point and purchased anew one.. not waited almost two weeks to find out.

Service was good but very expensive and believe I was over charged. Initial service charge deduction was promised and was not shown on invoice.

Unreliable Service

The service call was for a Wolf microwave that was not heating the food. The first call was handled perfectly. Actually, the office picks up your call almost every single time you call (and they call back when the call is missed). I was told that the technician will come between 9-11 AM. Nobody showed between that time. When I called the office, they were apologetic and said the technician should have called and advised me if they were running late. Nobody called till a little before 4 PM today they were coming. The technician did what he had to do and advised that the transformer was broken and needs to be replaced. He said it is quite expensive and he will give me a call tomorrow after he gets the price from the parts supplier. Well, HE NEVER EVER CALLED. When I called the office they apologized and said they will follow up. NOTHING. Called back again and they apologized again. They seem to be good at one thing - apologizing. NOTHING AGAIN! I then called another company and guess what, the transformer was fine - it was the door switch (a $24 part!) that was defective!! The technician had ballparked the transformer service at $650. The microwave was fixed for under $200.00. in light of my experience, I would not recommend Fast Appliance Repair Pro.

Not impressed.

My dryer stopped working on a Sunday and I contacted them that afternoon. I was very impressed that somebody actually answered! They were very friendly. The technician came in a day and a half later. I had no issue with that.

After running some tests, he determined it was the motherboard. He told me the part is very hard to find. He made a few phone calls and said he couldn’t find the part - nobody seemed to have it. He said he would look further and call me back when he found it.

I found it odd that the part couldn’t be found so I made two phone calls. The first to the place where we bought the dryer. The second to a distributor they recommended. Sure enough they had the part. I contacted these guys to let them know that I had found the part. They told me to go ahead and order it. They also told me it would cost $249 + tax to install it (on top of the $99 service charge we had already paid). I asked if they could order it and the person I was speaking to said she would have to check with the technician. I didn’t hear back so I just ordered it - over $200. I sent them a message letting them know that I ordered it. When it arrived two days later, I still hadn’t heard back so I called somebody else. A tech came out and ran some tests (we paid another service charge). Told me it wasn’t the motherboard, I needed a new knob. HE ordered the part ($60), dropped it off to us and the dryer is working fine AND we were not invoiced for anything else.

I now have to return the motherboard and pay a 30% restocking fee.

We are not pleased and would not recommend them. I certainly won’t use them again!
