I usually read reviews before engaging a new business, but I got sold on their 1.3M Instagram following and polished social media. Only now—after a painfully tedious experience and disengaging their services—have I read the negative reviews here, which honestly tracks.

To summarise: I didn’t come in with a final design for my business cards. I was upfront about that. I provided three rough but clear directions, including stock, foil and custom detail ideas, and was looking for guidance and feedback from their designers.

Instead, the process felt like going in circles. Endless back-and-forth emails with no actual feedback, no direction, no input whatsoever and no design support. Without explicitly saying it, they essentially expected me to design it myself.

If that had been made clear from the start, I would’ve just done that and saved everyone the time. Instead I’ve wasted 2 weeks on these communications.

The whole experience felt frustrating, drawn out, and unclear—definitely not what you expect from a premium service. After reading the 1-star reviews about print quality, I’m very glad I pulled the pin before spending any money.
