My house was to be sold as per a court order and the nominated well known estate agent was unable to do the job due to the attitude and lack of professionalism from there managing director Kevin Kelly. This is when I contacted Matt via Fb and with an amazing attitude and understanding of the situation , he got to work . Within no time Matt found a potential buyer . Unfortunately this was not to be due to my ex living within the property not allowing access etc. further court action and Matt now being the nominated estate agent again he got to work. He introduced Judith and the work commenced trying to achieve the impossible of arranging viewings etc baring in mind my ex partner did not want to co operate and lived in the property. With Great communication, attitudes and determination to achieve a sale whilst being understanding to both parties a sale was achieved . There was a 7 week period where the house was not on the market and unfortunately sale fell through . Here we go again… as Judith put the house back on the market to do it all again . Never a falter in attitude and the communication couldn’t have been any better .to this day I still wonder how they put up with me and my ex . Within a couple weeks there was another offer and sale now complete. I believe I wasted a year with a well known local estate agent spending thousands and they could not handle the situation.
Matt and Judith u r legends in ur field and genuinely nice people.
Both my ex and I r moving on with our life’s now thanks to u guys . ❤️

I went into this unsure and came out more than happy with service provided. What can I say, quick and hassle free. The team at fastmove were friendly, professional and true to their word. No hidden costs or expenses. Only cost to me was legal fees to complete the deal. I would recommend fastmove for a smooth hassle free house sale.

Having moved from Wales to Scotland we faced many challenges. Judith was so understanding and accommodating and made the very challenging situation of securing the property so much easier. She was brilliant. Then when it came to getting the purchase over the line, Matt went above and beyond as we faced more challenges. The communication throughout has been fantastic, which is absolutely essential in such a stressful life event as moving home. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
