My agents was excellent

The agent, Climen, was attentive, knowledgeable and suggested solutions as well as explaining things in easy-to-understand language.

James knew his job so well he provided…

James knew his job so well he provided solutions to every challenge I encountered with setting up my professional email address. His expertise showed through the assistance I received.

After helping me set up my email addresses he made sure they were working by sending email tests that I received before ending the call.

He was also very patient with his teaching because sometimes I pressed the wrong links. But he kept his calm asking me to try again.
His customer service was excellent.

Excellent Support From Climen

I contacted Fasthosts with a few questions, and Climen was incredibly helpful throughout. He took the time to answer everything clearly and thoroughly, making sure I had all the information I needed.

What really stood out was his willingness to go above and beyond to help, even though it was only an information request. It’s refreshing to receive such friendly, knowledgeable, and proactive customer service. A real credit to the Fasthosts support team. Thanks again, Climen!

What a great experience with Lloyd…

What a great experience with Lloyd resolving an issue on my Wordpress site hosted by FastHosts! Understanding, helpful and attentive - truly looking to resolve the issue in hand and give information where possible. We will be transferring all our websites to Fast hosts due to the great customer service provided, these guys are second to NONE. Thank you
