I am normally able to fix most things

I am normally able to fix most Wordpress issues as I write my own plugins but the current issue had me stumped & worried. I was relieved when Mary from tech support called me & said she had found the issue & fully restored the website & its store. To say I was relived was an understatement

I Needed help with Wordpress setup

I Needed help with Wordpress setup that I made a mistake with. Using Live Chat services, Nico walked me through th resolution, took care of my issue, and knew exactly what to do and resolved it super fast.

Fasthosts is the best hosting provider…

Fasthosts is the best hosting provider ever. 2 years ago, I faced a DDoS attack with 5TB bandwidth and combined fake users of nearly 2 billion within a month. Hostinger servers crashed and my unlimited bandwidth was useless. They kept changing my Ip from London to US and back to London etc but it did not help. Then I moved to Fasthosts and I only asked one question of … if they can handle my DDoS. They said their bandwidth is truly unmetered so shouldn’t be a problem. I let cloudflare handle most of the DDoS attack but still large chunk of bandwidth was passed on to my site but the site did not crash even once after I migrated to Fasthosts. Today I asked for discount for my renewal and Louie Gee gave me the best discount I could ask for. She was so friendly and professional at the same time. I thank you so much Louie Gee once again
