This is my summary of what I experienced I could have wrote a long review but I just summarized what I went through.
• The customer claims they were scammed by a Fast filings appearing as a government agency in Google search results for a sales permit.
• They were charged $283.85 instead of an expected $40, and despite immediately filing a claim with the company and their bank, they were denied a refund.
• The customer highlights the company's lack of a phone number for support, relying solely on email, and alleges they provide no services while stealing money.
• The user claims Fast Filings charged them $283.85 for a DBA service that can be done for free online.
• They only agreed to a hard copy but were charged the full amount.
• The user states they received no services or mail from Fast Filings, despite paying, and believes the company is fraudulent, scamming others by charging for free government services.
• Their bank refunded the money to Fast Filings, leaving the user with nothing.

Quick, Easy, and very responsive! They did everything needed with no help from me! Easiest filing I ever did!

I applied for a sales license on dec 30th and it was so quick. Considering it was holiday time i still received my document on 6th Jan. While filling details for the license, format was really quick - it asked me for my basic info related to newyork sales license which took me 2-3 mins to fill and i was doubting myself if i made the right choice with this website but such smooth process and minimum work needed at my end made it all so worth.

So professional and really fast! Just like their name. They explained the process and I would highly recommend this company.

100% would use them again if needing to dissolve an LLC. The process was super seamless and my LLC was dissolved instantly after following their instructions. 10/10 would recommend to use them for any of their services.

Stay away and do your research when working with companies like these. They have absolute no customer service or an understanding.

I signed up for this service needing to dissolve my business before the new year and they promptly emailed instructions before emailing about completion. Easy, quick and professional experience from start to finish. Would recommend!

If your willing to pay them and then do all the work for a DBA then go ahead and do it. You pay a fee and it is very confusing and misleading. I thought that you pay them to file from start to finish. Meaning, other than getting your page notarized, that they file everything including the posting in the paper for FBN and your FBN is done and shows up in the mail. They don't, they send you what you could have done for free, So download your docs for free and do it yourself. Very misleading. Would not use again. They need to have wording that says exactly what they do, like we just fill out 1 page, but you do everything else.

I typed in Texas sales permit on google and Fast Filings INC. was on top of the page. It was a paid for sponsor link, its not part of the Texas State Comptrollers. I paid $143.00. I immediately went to my email to print out the receipt. And then I went to my the Texas Comptroller page and saw the form I needed was free. I immediately tried to email confirmation fast filings and call 888-977-9895, email and number not working.***FRAUD***

I NEVER RECEIVED THE LICENSE OR ANY DOCUMENTS;ALL THEY TELL ME IS THAT THEY ARE IN PROGRESS !!!!!

FastFiling has been a frustrating and unprofessional experience. There is no tracking, no real customer service, and the service is far more expensive than the value provided. Emails are unreliable and often don’t get delivered, which creates avoidable delays and confusion.

From an operational standpoint, FastFiling does not meet the minimum standards for a business that claims to support time-sensitive filings. I would not recommend this service to anyone who expects accountability or basic follow-through
