Please never use their services. They cancelled twice the day before and only responded because I followed up. They are unprofessional and awful

I am happy with the move out cleaning service. The quality of the cleaning was enough in order to receive my initial deposit back. The only issues was that the cleaning team of Emil was 30 minutes late.

Poor service and quality of work, the service was not carried out as agreed and as promised. Due to time constrains a re-clean was not possible as we had to do it ourselves after paying over £200. Requests for a full or partial refund and to discuss the issue with a manager or supervisor have been ignored.

Avoid at all costs! Beware this company were really receptive & helpful until the contract was drawn up. After which the service was shocking!
I left my property after the cleaners arrived as requested to give them space to carry out the clean. I was advised I would be contacted 20 mins before the end of the clean so I could come back. After 4 hours of not hearing anything (waiting in the local area with my phone on loud) I decided to go back to find the cleaners had left and left my apartment UNLOCKED. The clean was substandard, rubbish was left at the property including dirty rags within the property.
When I rang the company to ask if they would be returning & asked why I hadn't been contacted they simply said it was "your word against the cleaners" and that it had been my choice to leave the apartment (consider I was getting a carpet cleaned I find it hard to believe they would have been ok with me staying at the property while they cleaned!). They had also explicitly said they could not say how long they would take how was I supposed to know that the clean was done if they hadn't contacted me? The response from customer service was defensive and rude and insinuated I was lying. Leaving someone's property unlocked is unacceptable, plain and simple.
In addition, after unpacking at my new property I realised a number of my personal items have gone missing.

At the end of a tenancy my tenant engaged the services of this company. It is the worst end of tenancy clean we have had in the 13 years of letting apartments. Kitchen work tops, cupboards and other surfaces left smeared with grease. Looked like only one cloth had been used for everything. Couldn’t put tenants into the apartment until it had been cleaned again. Even my handyman asked “who did your cleaning”. Wouldn’t recommend this company.

Turned up an hour and a half late!
And then the carpet cleaner didn’t turn up until 8pm!
I have been waiting for 7 hours!!!!!
There was a nothing ‘fast’ about them

The job was substandard, I had to point out cobwebs and there was no real promise of a receipt!

The agent I spoke to turned to be very courtesy. She set me up with an appointment and the cleaners came on the morrow. They were a little bit late but it was not a problem at all because they did the cleaning in a quick manner. They got the job well done! I recommend the service to everyone.
