I was a driver for Fast Despatch…

I was a driver for Fast Despatch Logistics. On the 31st of October 100s of drivers were due to be paid. Not one driver got paid and the company told us we needed to wait 31 days for our money as they were leaving the delivery contract that was in place and there was no more work for us. After the 31 days there was no contact and no money. Roughly 500 drivers are still owed money by Fast Despatch and they just ignore drivers. They haven't gone bankrupt, however the owner has recently created a new business under a similar name. My guess is this is to avoid all of the debt he has accumulated. If the owner doesn't care about paying g the drivers who work hard for him, then how much does he care about the handling of your parcels.

Worst courier in the universe

Just when I thought Evri was the worst delivery company in the entire world well done Fastdespatch, you made them don't look quite as bad as you. You've been sitting on my parcel for 10 days, no reply to emails, no update on the tracker, still in your "sorting" depot. Pat yourselves on the back for being the sh!ttiest delivery service in the www 🙄

DELIVERY DRIVER STOLE MY PACKAGE

I was indoors waiting for this package, to my bittersweet luck, I had gone online to track my delivery when at 12:04 it said it has been delivered, (the current time was 12:09) I ran outside as my doorbell hadn't rung. There was nobody outside, However, the delivery driver put my delivery on the wrong door, took a picture of it on the floor outside the wrong door and processed it as delivered. Our neighbour's ring door bell caught him picking up the package after taking a photo and walking off with it in his hand. He has stolen my package and acted as if he delivered it (even to the completely wrong address) There's no way for me to contact this company either, their online chat is useless, tells me to contact the retailer even though it's their delivery driver who has stolen my package. Sent an email to their info@ still waiting for a response.

terrible experience with this company

terrible experience with this company. I have been sat in all day waiting for my parcel just written never show up and it says on the tracking delivered but no one was home which is false. I have cameras outside of my house and there was no one outside from those times and I have proof of that I have emailed them countless times and tried ringing them but they just do not respond because they are cheeky. I have threatened to call the police and they still haven’t. I will end up eventually phoning the police if they do not get my parcel to me.

Claimed they tried to deliver item at 4:05pm yesterday when there was someone in all day. Suspect either they are lying, tried the wrong address or went to the wrong entrance of the building that doesn't have an intercom to bell the tenants. No way of tracking where the shipment is like with DPD or Amazon, I'm not watching out the window for the whole 4hr time-window.

Shocking

Shocking. Still awaiting a parcel from the 4th of May, tried to deliver once but never again. It's still awaiting allocation at their warehouse nearly a month later.

APPALLING COMPANY!

Tried to deliver it 3 miles away, contacted "customer service" which doesn't exist. Attempted again and delivered to the wrong address 36 hours late. APPALLING COMPANY. Avoid at all costs!

Waiting for a parcel never to arrive

Attempted to deliver my parcel , card was left with incorrect tracking number written on it , finally managed to book a redelivery , waited in all day on date requested no parcel delivery , have put a second redelivery date in , but doubt very much I'll ever receive my parcel , this company is shocking , never heard of them before , why do businesses use them as they are totally useless

Allegedly delivered parcel to a neighbour 4doors away,No attempt at delivery to me,no note saying where it had been delivered.Only got this info after contacting the company I bought it from.No tracking info available to me,until a week later when I found it in my spam folder!

DELIVERY NEVER ARRIVED

THEY HAD ONE JOB TO DO, DISPATCHED FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY BEEN OUT SINCE 10 AM AND STILL NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING, CANT EVEN GET HOLD OF ANYONE, AM SURPRISED PEOPLE STILL USE THEM - I ALSO EMAILED THEM WHICH HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE

My parcel shows it is still with them…

My parcel shows it is still with them with no other information. Was to suppose to receive my parcel on friday 14 april still havent got it. Such an awful company with no customer service option. Does anyone knows how to contact them.

Left parcel in the front unsecure

This sham of a company was tasked with delivering my parcel, which on this occasion I did not receive. After contacting customer service via a few methods I finally managed to contact them on Facebook messenger.
They gave me "evidence" it was "delivered", yet all this proves is that their courier left it in my front unattended and unsecure at approximately 0930, I returned home at 1530 and there was no parcel there.
I.was unable to get a replacement or refund as these claimed they had delivered it, even though the photographic evidence showed otherwise.
I'd steer clear and if I could give these zero stars, I would.

Just to let you know this company has changed its name from fdtl.com to fastdespatch.com

Can you believe they are sooo bad and have had sooo many bad reviews that they've actually had to change their website URL so it can look legit !!

Parcel NOT "delivered successfully"

Like many others, order "delivered successfully" but no knock on the door despite being in all day WFH. Delivery/Tracking emails all went to spam so didn't notice for a couple of days. Eventually spotted them, followed through and see a picture of the parcel on my doorstep, but obviously no sign of it when I'd walked through that door several times that afternoon. First thought that it was pinched by a passer-by but after Reading the rest of these reviews, I honestly wouldn't be surprised if it had been picked up again by the delivery driver and kept or returned to sorting office without notification. Impossible to avoid a company like this as it's obviously been chosen by the seller, or forwarded on via overseas shipping.

I was home!

Got an email in the morning saying the package would be coming. I didn't even hear the bell, but saw an email that said they'd failed to deliver. I ran to the door, the camera was still on my intercom/buzzer, which means they'd rung it less than a minute before. Sorry, but if you don't give some reasonable window of time, you can't expect customers to come running to the door immediately. If they had a number to call I would have told them to return. Do they actually want to deliver the items? I just don't get it.

Not delivering no contact information

They have delivered my items a few times but the drivers never knock, this week a package has been claimed to be delivered but it hasn't and the site has no contact information to resolve so I assume that £50 down the drain!

You had one job

Left parcel on my front doorstep without ringing the bell and claimed to have delivered it. Might as well have just left it in the street with a sign on it saying "No one knows this is here". The audacity of them sending me a message saying "All parcels delivered successfully". It got stolen, obvs.
