I paid $160 for the overnight fastest processing time. 2 weeks later and still no birth certificate. Every time I email the only response I get is its at state level. I only went with them for there advertised quick service. Now I'm 160 short and still no document. For what I paid I expected better service. Rates are too high but that's a classic middle man for you

Still didn’t receive my birth certificate

After some Emails I found out that I would of been able to call city hall myself and paid $25 for same day processing and another $25 for over night mail. For a total of $50 and 2 days tops. It took 4 days with this service, But my bad for paying $172.00 to a third party that says it usually takes 3-4 weeks for this to happen. My opinion call or email the city hall of your birth yourself and you can do what is charged $99 from this company for free...

Ordering went well however, I do not have any idea how long this actually takes to receive. If it is 3 weeks, then this is not fast at all.

Please send to me my birthcertificate i need that for important somthing please

Easy to apply for new birth certificate.. Am assuming everything is ago. Have not received yet. Seems a review would be done after customer has received the birth certificate.

would not use this service again. promise fast service but does not deliver. several things wrong with my transaction. #1 annoyance is the trickery. website does not disclose until after payment that you will not receive your certificate nor begin processing until you print a form, take it to a notary then fax it back. #2 website says in very small print to put your order # at top of fax. I never received an order nor any confirmation email of my order. Strike three is the customer service # does not answer after several attempts to call. I have no idea if my sons birth certificate will ever get to me as i dont have an order number on my fax and i cant get anyone to answer the phone to see if my order is even processed but im out 49.00. they took that within seconds but cant even take a second to help me. Thank goodness my sons father had a copy of my sons birth certificate so i could continue his health insurance. I would not ever use this service again.

little bothered about advertising lowest cost from $39.. total was closer to $89.

My experience was excellent went online to obtain my birth certificate because I need it to get my driver license because I have relocated to another state so obtaining it with no problems is a great help for me and thank you for y'all service.

Didn't have time to wait on my birthcertificate so I paid the $150 for fastest processing and shipping and it came 2 business days after I ordered!! Thank you so much!!

For paying 165.00 would have liked it sooner but oh well
