As far I was loosing money, everything work fine. From time to time I got even bonus. When I start winning, probably is their tacktick to distract the player, all my winning.bets were "pending " ( not being settled )but all the loosing bets were setled right away. Those players who know how to play in play and once you get in to winning mood ,they know what I am talking about, the only way to be stopped is your winning bets to be in pending for 24 hours and I must contact support in livechat, yesterday s live chat was the best, Hanna from Sweden answer to.me that she can not find any Unsetled bets in my account. Andreas from Norway in custemer service seems nice and makes you look like he is trying to help you. Their customer support seems nice but seems like not much they can help you. The answer is always same, we have problem with our sport provider, we will forward your case to be solved as soon is possible. it ask date of experience so k choose 9 of april 2025 Aldo this continue every day the same, I decide to.quit play in Fast bet, I only wait my last winning bets from 2 days ago to be setlled so I can maybe cash it out. Honestly I would give a negative five if I could I deposited $50 on the 11th of October I play many many casinos online over a hundred definitely I have never in my three or four years of playing online encountered a casino like this here I won on that $50 I got it up to $800 then I go to casino Guru to see how good of a casino this place is and I see that there is a clause in their terms and conditions that you can only win up to 10 times the amount you deposit and that's even without a bonus just money straight up so my winnings then went down to 500 immediately so of course I send in my verification to show who I was so they knew they was paying the right person I asked how long it took to verify me I was told within 24 hours wonderful so I did that in on the 13th I received an email stating I had been verified and they were processing my payment it takes up to 14 business days to get paid by Bitcoin yes you just read that correctly 14 business days not just days business days to cash me out by Bitcoin so I was upset about that but I checked every couple of days and noticed they had not pulled that extra money off my account that I wouldn't get to play on because you know you can only win so much off of what you deposit so then that would be wiped away as of today that money is still on the account they still have not paid me I contacted them on the 29th and asked why do they keep sending me emails wanting my credit card verification for me to sign a paper stating that was my card when I only deposited one time at this place and it was through Bitcoin and every time I've done this three times now and customer service contacts finance department while I'm online waiting and they come back and say everything's good you don't have to do that now your payment is being processed okay great the last day they had was the 31st of October to pay me and when I contacted them on the 29th to speak one last time about this credit card crap and they verified that it was still being processed they were still in the time frame and I did not need to send in verification of the credit card I then start emailing my so-called manager in the finance department her name is Claire by the way and they would not reply to me after or until my sent about 20 emails in a row with all the screenshots with customer service to show them I have everything documented they're not going to get away with this and I better have my money on the 31st well guess what money wasn't there and then when I spoke with them on the 31st I get an email stating my credentials were not verified until the 29th which is bull crap I'm like no it was verified on the 13th I have the email and no one will speak with me now no one they hide behind their emails the phone number to customer service in the United States goes to a voicemail generic voicemail and it's out of New York City and that's that that's it so don't play there ever unless you just want to donate money which a better cause would be donate to your local communities that need help

The casino won't pay me my winnings, over $10,000 ( for no reason ) , and they've been claiming the withdrawal is in progress for nearly a month.

Not recommended at all. They can't cope with big gamblers. I tried to bet on sports betting 1000euros in many cases and my bets were not accepted. You can only bet amounts such as 150euros or something. So if you want to bet bigger amounts try better unibet or bwin, 100% recommended for big gamblers!

Don’t play at this website! There are many websites that are way better and similar to their speed of payout (Turbico for example). Once you play here and win they are able to cancel your withdraw and roll it back as a bonus which you can’t withdraw after. Further when you lose even with high amounts (+€1000) they are not able to add a bonus while at other websites they are able to offer you good bonuses or even a cashback.

2 months after you put money in your account at Fastbet the take it away, empty your account, and then they tel you that it was you bonus. Bonus can only use for 2 months.

Bad experience at Fastbet.

Blocked my account after I had some great profits. They had no reason to but blame it on fraudulent behavior.
