Couldn't ask for more. Got a decent fast dedicated server and my installation caused a few issues that were jumped upon by Ben and Jacob and all resolved quickly. I now have a fantastic hosting solution for my platform.

Been with fast2host for almost 18 years. They've been amazing. Not only for being a great hosting provider, but also their highly personalised and responsive service. Such as having challenges in uploading a website, or issues with Cloudflare. They sorted it for me. I can't imagine a larger provider doing something like this. But fast2host have.

Also, I've called them numerous times on weekends, and evenings and someone always picks up the phone and helps. Also their ticketing responses are rapid!

So, thank you to the whole team for being with me on this journey. You won't regret it, from a hosting perspective, it's the best descision you'll ever make!

I look after a small charity's website that is hosted by Fast2Host. My skills are enough for the day-to-day but when changes in the wider world meant we needed to authenticate our email domain, something went wrong and fixing it was far beyond my competence.

I have just set up SSL on my website hosted with Fast2Host and ran into some difficulties in applying the certificate. After a quick message to Fast2Host they sorted everything out for me in a matter of minutes so that now https is working smoothly for my website.

Fast2Host are really responsive to messages and have always been quick to answer any questions and resolve issues, even late into the evening/night. Their staff are knowledgeable and can help out with any technical questions or issues to ensure that I have always been able to get things working.

Complete amateurs!

When it works, they are OK, but when there is a problem they react like the whole business is being run by a 15 year old from his bedroom. They tried to update their email server (without warning users) and the whole thing has been down for over 12 hours now with no update on when we might expect to start getting emails again
