I was innocently browsing and accidentally clicked on subscription which was not the intention and immediately send an email requesting cancellation. I haven't received the refund yet, however, am happy on how the query is being handled thus far. Thank you for exceptional customer service

They are a bunch of scammers. I placed an order online for a mystery box promo, and they charged me for a subscription that I never registered to. Reached out to them and was advised it was non-refundable (3 minutes after they charged me), even advised that there was no mystery box promo ongoing. Such a waste of money!
