I am having an extremely bad experience with them and this will be my first and last purchase for sure. Nightmare! I bought 2 bags and stupid me paid a deposit on another 2. First bag arrived within 2 days the second, it has been a week and nothing, 17 emails following up no response, calls no action, only a tracker, called DHL and I was told just a bill way been created a week ago and nothing since then. I love my bags
I love my bags. I do wish there were more pictures of things like the coach creed and on the mcm where it was made. I got very lucky and got an amazing deal on a vintage made in Germany mcm though. And both bags are beautiful.

Bag on website was listed incorrectly
Bag on website was listed incorrectly - so this was not the item I thought I was going to receive. Emailed a few times but heard nothing back, once the bag was sent back a refund was issued promptly and they acknowledged the bag was incorrectly described, the issue is now they will not refund my return postage at £15.95, which I think is a disgrace, have sent 4 emails and not one has been responded to.

I sold my item with fashionphile collective. I have tried contacting them numerous times as it states payout should occur within 24 hours. It has been 5 days and I still haven’t received payment or been contacted by the team. I now have lost £300 and I am struggling financially which has led to a nervous breakdown.
